    Great video, great information, very in depth explanation! I just purchased my first vending machine last year for home use and a few of the selections are either temperamental or don't work at all. Any ideas of where I should start looking?

      Thanks. What type of machine did you get? Most have a test mode where you can test the switches, motors, relays, etc. If you don't know how to use the test mode, another solution is to swap parts and see if the problem follows the part. For instance, you can swap selection switches for a selection that you know is working. If the problem follows the switch, then replace that switch.

    Where do I get the kit for the royal Vedder 660-9 machine

    • @HappyVending
      @HappyVending  ปีที่แล้ว

      It's really not a kit...you just rewire the lighting wires like I describe and get Keystone Sign Hero LED bulbs.

    So are the two big lights the lights that light up the selectors? Or are there separate lights.

    • @HappyVending
      @HappyVending  ปีที่แล้ว

      The selectors don't light up the giii machines.

      @@HappyVending okay. So do you know about a dixie narco?

    • @HappyVending
      @HappyVending  ปีที่แล้ว

      @@alum1n1umkn1ght3 My Dixie Narco 276e does not have lighting for the selection buttons. I guess they figure that enough lighting is provided through the front graphic that additional lighting is not needed.

    Why not put the flurescent bulbs back, if its a choke ballast it will outlast u and this bulbs are meant to be changed and can last very long time (my T12 22W flurescent tube lasted for 45years)

    • @HappyVending
      @HappyVending  6 หลายเดือนก่อน

      I have a couple machines that still have florescent bulbs and they don't last more than 2 years before needing to be replaced...and that's with a timer turning off the lights during certain times. None of my machines that I've put sign-hero LED bulbs in have gone out. Also, florescent bulbs for these machines have gotten expensive.

    How do you take the bulb out ? I got the same machine but I can’t figure it out

    • @HappyVending
      @HappyVending  3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      The bottom sockets are spring loaded. Just push down on the bulb and pull it out of the top socket. Then fit the bulb through the top of the door and pull it out. Watch the ceiling.

    What setting did you use to get your nayax to flash like that ?

    • @HappyVending
      @HappyVending  4 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      I just have it in the default setting. I think there are only two choices for the LED lights...stationary and running. The setting should be in the "General" tab under "Card Readers". It is called LED Configuration. I am in the computer interface.

    • @HappyVending
      @HappyVending  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      I didn't really use an adapter. I ordered the light bulbs from a local electric supply company and the sockets I ordered from Royal.
