Is the oil pump gear same for rxg and rx135? I I'm gonna change mine from rxg setup to 135 one. So would the oil pump gear matter? I trust pre-mix
Thank you for sharing this information note, well a question is there alot different between RX 135cc, like normal RX 135cc , RXG 135 , RXZ 4speed, RXZ 5speed if supposed I need need the correct and original parts to fixed and built original RX 135cc among all these different gear ratios from clutch bell primary wheel drive gearbox to have alot pickup TORQUE speed and power which can make a top speed 160 to 190 and has 22 to 30 bhp , without doing any port a little oversize piston and good CARBURETOR a good ignition system magnet coil all the best for RX 135cc and RXG 135cc ,good in load pickup and cover 10000 thousand kilometres,
Nice information sir.Today I try to take off the clutch bell of my RX 100 bike. I taken all nut bolt related to clutch bell. I also using clutch bell holder spanner to open the main housing holding nut. But the clutch bell can't get out of the casing. What is the problem behind it?? I not losen the primary gear ⚙.
Primary gear doesn't hold the bell.. I'm surprised why it is not coming out..

Hello sir. My problem is solved. It's just stucked on shaft. Beacuse my bike is newly restored few month back and I installed the JAPAN made brand new clutch bell assembly in my bike. And after restoring this is the first time I opened the RH cover at home to change the smaller one clutch rod. And I wnat to reset the clutch plate and pressure plate as you mentioned in your one of your you tube vedio. For that porouse I open it. But secondary driven gear assembly stuck at perticular point on gear shaft 😅. I try to pull it by hand but it can't get it out. So one of my RX mechanic friend says that use Wd40 spray and just tap it by rubber hammer it Wil come out 👍. After spraying wd40 and wait for 5min I again try to pull itby hand. and that time it comes out perfectly 👌. Afetr completing all work the bike now is at next levle 👌. Clutch working is 100%. I feel full pikup and torque of the bike by changing the pressure plate arrengment as you mentioned in your vedios I also installed the power box in my 1986 model RX 100 Y-2 cylinder kit and mikuni Corp 36L00 Japan carburetor. At this moment bikes goes beyond 100km speedometer only one service is done. Mechanic says after 3rd one bike engine completely run freely and you realize the real RX power, pikup, torque. lets see what happens to next. Thanks for that pressure plate rearemgemnt vedio 💯 👌 👍 . If i will simppy remove clutch assembly from rx100 and replace it by rx135 clutch assembly witout replacing primary gear and pump wheel.

Sir i have owned rxz 4s....should i go for rxg clutch assembly... Will it loss initial if i go for rxg clutch assembly... the bike is meant for offroading only
There will be loss of initial with rxg clutch.
Keep it stock, in case you want more torque for off reading, switch the rear sproket to rx 100's .. top speed reduce, but torque will be extreme.

Recently my mechanic dint find the rx100 clutch assembly so he put the rxg setup 22/71 combination is there any major problem rather than initial torque

I have also did ( RxG clutch setup in Rx100) , awsome pickup in Rx100 sir ; just I couldn't find that smaller plastic wheel of oilpump, so using premix which not good for engine and spark plugs

Hi,
There won't be any change in sound by changing the clutch bell.
There will soon be a detailed session on channel related to the differences in both the bikes, stay tuned.
Extra sound in engine needs to be diagnosed, mostly its due to the loose con bearings ,piston or rings.

No sir Rx 100 engine and 6 hole theory is different cause they borne to produce good sound
Put 36l00 carbeator,bore,6 hole silencer and it will produce rx100 sound

pls note there are only 2 ratios in Rx. one is 74/ 19 and other is 71 / 22.... there is no ratio of 74/18

No you can't.. clutch bell should also be changed

Tak tak sound will come only from damaged teeth.. check carefully. Any of the single or few teeth may be damaged.

No idea about sir, but yes if there is a matching setup same as ybr(existing) you can do. Nothing is impossible.
My bike is RXG and is it good to change to 5speeds clutch for better mileage and pickup.

Sirji, RX 135 4 speed jab maine liya tha tab 80 kmph ki speed se vibration ekdam bandh, or after restoration ke baad above 80 vibration hoti hai, iska kaaran kya hai please batao....

Crank balance nahi sahi hone par vibration reh jati bike me...aksar yehi hota hai restoration ke baad agar precision tool nahi istemal kiye ho crank fit karne me.. . Bahot hi jabardast vibration agar hai then apko check krwana hoga kisi ache mech se jo bike chala ke dekh sake.
Body , tyre, toota hua ya crack chasis se bhi vibrations Banting bike me..check all these as well

Sorry, there is a mistake in video. There is either 19 or 22 T primary in indian rx Series.
19 on 100 and 135
22 on rxg.

Rx135 all model combination is 74/19
You said that it's 72 teeth but unfortunately 72 teeth never came..
