Great advice Gary on the broken ring. Many folks don't realize how the ring shaped objects even washers or harness rings reflect the return signal so sweetly. Yet that broken ring will behave choppy signal.
And thanks for the Cameo greeting back on father's day mate!

Great advice Gary! Your awesome attitude and positive spirit are inspiring! I have really enjoyed watching you on the Oak Island series ,and have always thought you were one of the things they got absolutely right in filming that show. Cheers!

After your last video I fussed with the dials a bit instead of leaving them exactly where the fella we bought it from said which is what I've done all these years. I now will look for a manual on line since I didn't get one. Hubby called White's and got a manual and CD for his when we got them as his is a lot newer. They are both pretty old now... LoL so are we! Thanks again! Keep the videos coming!

Was introduced to you through oak island. Loving your youtube videos. I was thinking instead of being completely informative maybe encourage more research and show highlights of what you really love. I know for me it can be a pulltab with a proper sunrise in a historic spot. What makes you smile will absolutely bring joy to all your subscribers. If you ever get a hankering to set the detector down for a moment and tune in your twin optical scanners i can introduce you to mining herkimer diamond quartz crystals in upstate ny.

Oh my God! Your the man! I have always been into detecting and finally got a detector after watching you go to town! Thrilled you can explain how the heck I figure this thing out. The settings are getting me confused. I thought I had it then unless my yard is covered in silver I must be doing something wrong. Thx for the tips
