Great actor will be missed in movies. Aphasia is a symptom of something else like was mentioned. Stroke, bleeding, mass, injury. Why are they only giving symptom and not elucidating cause? Did he just have an illness. Did he just get a new safe and effective therapeutic. Seems like not all information being presented for some reason. It’s like saying someone has headache and not mentioning large brain tumor responsible. In short what is his diagnosis?
At 67 most body parts hurt and many can start signs of cognitive problems. All federal employees in all countries should have a mandatory retirement age of 65.

Because of RAIDS on my home because of the show POWER, I was on my way to see a therapist and was in accident, then diagnosed with aphasia, it’s a dibilleting illness, trust me

Symptoms vary depending upon which side of the brain, just above the ears, is impaired. Barring injury or impairment to other regions of the brain, there is no cognitive loss. Thinking remains clear; reasoning intact. There are two main categories of Aphasia; one for each side of the brain: Wernicke's Aphasia and Broca's Aphasia. Simply, Wernicke's Aphasia is characterized by an inability to decipher heard language. The patient thinks and speaks clearly and coherently BUT the sound of their own speech and that of others sounds garbled and scrambled. I think no one wants to say he has Alzheimer’s or vascular dementia so they are leaving it at aphasia.
