I'm new to canning, so I have a quick question. Would it be safe to replace the honey for maple syrup? Thanks 😊

For that recipe it would be okay. The lime juice provides the acid needed for safe canning. Whenever you use maple syrup, have an acid (if you’re water bath canning) in the form of lemon juice, lime juice, vinegar, etc.
