I have a 94 and can't get the knob and boot separated, online it's talking about some sort of tab or something, did you have a tab or am I just not pulling hard enough (I don't like pulling too hard scared to break stuff 🤣)

@Taylor Sparks if you feel around the top of the boot leather (where meets gearknob)sure there was 2 tabs either side or front and back cant remember. Give them a squeeze as you pull
