Remodeling a Province into a Province is the only way.

I remember me trashing province into province to win 1 or 2 years ago where we only played with base game and then my sister was angry and said that I play like this because I can't win by another way😂😂

Would Remodel be a good card to have in a game that has Mills (from Intrigue)? For instance, you would be able to Remodel an Estate into a Mill which would allow you to keep the 1 victory point and gain the action card abilities that come with the Mill. Of course if there are better options, you would Remodel into those, but how effective would it be to Remodel an Estate into a Mill if you had the opportunity?

Sounds like a fine reason to get a Remodel. The point from Mill isn't always going to be of consequence, but turning the Estate into something that's not a stop card is great. Mill is a fine card to have many copies of in your deck.
