Being alone used to hurt a lot but as I’ve grown wiser and bettered my self being alone doesn’t feel so bad one day I just saw the people I wanted to be around and it no longer interested me, pursuing my goals felt better than hanging out with people who don’t even care about me.

It makes me sad to know that most men quietly deal with depression in ways that don’t help but just hold it in the back of your mind and they don’t show it because us men don’t like to Bother people with problems they don’t need to be in but in the end we all need help but we don’t know how to show it so we don’t and when we don’t we don’t get help and it becomes worse and worse the older you get and the older you get the more relationships you go through “sometimes” but your heart gets broken more and it gets worse so sometimes men will commit suicide since us men are the biggest amount of people who commit suicide even though all suicides are sad most men commit suicide because they are pushed over the edge too much and they can’t handle it anymore so they want to end it and I’ve also many times considered suicide because life hasn’t been the best but I’ve been able to hold back at times when it’s gotten real bad but sooner or later I might get pushed over the edge so at some point I will get help and you should too.
