Thank you a thousand times over for this video. I needed this reminder and kickstart to motivate me back into fitness. Off and on I struggle with sticking to a routine that works for me. The minute that I miss a gym session or start eating bad I take it overboard and then it takes such a long time to get back on track. I had a bad habit of when I would have a bad eating day, I would just forgo tracking that day so I wouldn't have to see how bad I failed. My sister is a sugar head and keeps junk in my home. I must push away. Since she's been here I have taken to eating sugar a bit more, which I had stopped all together. Thanks, ❤️your vid. This is actually very, very good advice for those who are wondering how to change their body. My brother and I just uploaded our transformation on our channel and your tips are extremely applicable to how we achieved our bodybuilding physiques! Even during cheat days when you overeat by A LOTTTTT, counting them is allowing yourself to be honest with yourself. Don't overwhelm yourself, just make physical activity a habit and realize what you're eating and you WILL get results. Great video man!

Im glad you brought up research because I have a burning question that I was hoping you had a take on and could possibly even do a video about it. I remember, in an earlier video, you saying that lifting weights is what changes the shape of your body. That if you just cut calories and do a bunch of cardio, its only going to result in a smaller version of your current shape. So, naturally, i started to research how to lose fat and build muscle simultaneously. The problem is, there is sort of general consensus out there that believes it isnt actually possible to build muscle while in a caloric deficit. Whats your philosophy on that paradigm? Im sure we'd all benefit from hearing you speak on it because I know Im not the only one whos read that numerous times. Love the videos btw. Youre truly a god sent inspiration. Thanks in advanced
