How to calculate the quality score? I am not asking about the fair audit. If QA audits a call and some parameters are there to judge the call and every parameters have some weightage. QA is given the scores on some parameters and scored down for some parameters then how we will calculate the quality score for individual call. Is there any formula for this?
There are two ways to calculate scores, first- in some process they calculate on the basis of weightage (the wat u said in msg) and some companies they don't have weightage so they calculate fair audit score, If single parameter is getting mark down the entire call consider as failed and they will do calculation on the basis of it, some companies also calculate accuracy which is (1-(count of much parameter got mark down in one call/(total parameter*audit count))
Okey add one more column name it as pass and fail, now use if formula, if that column contain 1,2,3 then it gives u 0 else 1.. Now calculate the csat with existing row of pass n fail

I have used to calculate the Csat but i given 6 and 7 in rating table 4 and 5. It shows 2. It shows 2. what should i do?
