@guleiro the time for explaining is over. We have explained for decades just like we did for yt ppl. We are no longer wasting time educating ppl on something that has been done so brazenly for years and years. We will be explaining til the end of time. Ask your own people why black people in america who have always been accepting to everyone stopped being accepting to anyone. We have seen the reality of human nature. Black Americans aren't perfect but WAY lead hateful than any other group of people on this earth. All they do is hate themselves and others. Hopefully in this time where black Americans focus on self these other communities and do some internal reflecting and figure out why their energy is so dark and hateful.

Black people and African Americans are kinda two different people. Like black people in america has a different history attached opposed to immigrants from Africa. And if an African grows up in america, they’re american and they’ll be treated likely the same as black people, but the history is different.

This mostly applies for reparations and a few slight cultural differences. Despite all that we can still find way more similarities as apposed. Let's also not act like our histories are just the Atlantic slave trade its more than that.

@guylee9069 Respectfully, thats not a valid answer as to why we not getting reparations. The government has no problems distributing funds to immigrants so they will figure it out.
Reparations is an acknowledgement that I was ROBBED of my inheritence! That the US govt reneged on its promise of 40 acres and a mule. Admitting they were wrong is why it probably wont happen.
      However, to answer your questions:
      1) No, you do not qualify just because you're black
      2) Yes, you will need to prove ancestry just like Natives must prove their ancestry for federal benefits
      3) No, immigrants/naturalized citizens would not be eligible. This isn't free money.
