I feel like I’m hearing Bob Ross cook bbq and I’m not mad about it. Just remember that every day is a good day when you BBQ.
🤣🤣
Great first video!!!!! Keep them coming loved it I have a 1975 and I can watch these workhorse pits in action all day long 😜 👏 great job
Thanks! I’m still trying to dial it in. Let me know if you have any tips.
@@outnumberedbbq from what I see looks like you leave the door open about 1 inch and the bowtie open that’s how I do mine and it holds really good at 250!!!!!!I just use a little bit smaller splits. I personally use 4 at a time at all times about 3 inches round and 15 inches long. Again great video looking forward to your next one😊
Great cook brother 🔥🔥and nice pit👍🏽👍🏽
Thanks 👍
Killer!
can't wait for my 1969

Greetings from 🇨🇦. Awesome video. Calm voice inflection and nicely paced. Always looking for offset options & this introduced me to the Workhorse. Limited up here north of the border on quality stick burners. Keep up the great work 👍
Thank you!
Enjoyed the video. Great looking ribs!! Subscribed, and looking forward to more.
Thank you so much!

How does that trailer handle on the road? Is it good enough for travel?
enjoyed the video and thats a great pit i just wish you could turn your sound up a bit thanks
Lol. Thanks. First video growing pains
Nice work sir. Two things...Franklin has his own damn charcoal now? Lol. And that pit looks great. I'm in the market. Am I to assume this one is in the 4-5k dollar range? She's a beaut.
Look at Workhorse Pits, they’re great. Thanks for watching and commenting!
Love It!! New sub here. St Louis are my favorite style and my method is pretty much same as yours! Come out Awesome!! Did you prefer sauce or naked?
Thanks for watching. I preferred sauced. What do you fly?
I gotta get me a better off-set man they looked fantastic.
Thanks for watching!
Nice presentation. On the next menu item, Brisket...Other ideas- chicken wings, beer chicken, beef skirts... Question, can you grill on your smoker?
Thanks! Brisket is coming soon. Beer can chicken and beef skirt fajitas great idea. Yes, there is a grill for the firebox I will be using more of soon.
Inside the firebox, it appears like there is a thin sheet of metal like coating the inside and its rusted so bad that it's chipping off. What's going on there if you.dont.mind me asking
Carbon buildup. It flakes off and falls in fire.
So 225 would be less wood?
