  • Moringa Oleifera, commonly called the 'drumstick tree", and 'horseradish tree' is native to India but has been planted around the world and is naturalized in many countries. Moringa is one of the most powerful health-enhancing plants yet known to man. While many things found in Nature can have one or two health benefits, Moringa has so many. Moringa has more nutrition in the leaf than any other plant yet known.
About Mariko Gifford, Owner, Moringa For Life - moringaforlife.com/
Mariko Gifford has been growing Moringa and making health products for more than 13 years. She began the Moringa journey as an Organic Inspector before the USDA diminished the standard. While on an inspection, she had the idea to find the most nutritious plant so the work of getting the soil right would make the work worth the effort. Strangely, Moringa is not listed in botanical libraries, herb books, garden books or other plant resources. It is not listed in the Materia Medica, the exhaustive volume listing plants and herbs. That is why it has been so important for Mariko, that she educate people about Moringa. Her website was one of the only places to get information about Moringa in the early years. Virtually every website today with Moringa information or Moringa products began by visiting her site or talking with her. Only in the last few years has Moringa begun to get world attention for its nutritional and medicinal benefits. Mariko has helped many business and hunger organizations with their Moringa projects around the world. As one of the few experts on Moringa, her input has been invaluable to continue to get the Moringa message out.
This presentation was given by Mariko Gifford on March 22, 2013 at the North County San Diego CRFG chapter meeting. For more info about our chapter and CRFG visit: nc.crfgsandiego.org/

FYI: you would get found more often on the search engines if you wrote down questions and answers on your desription box and it would also be more convenient for the viewers who are looking for the answer to their question through referencing the time of each question :D
    Thanks for the video!
