I have been watching American flippers for a while now but one finds it hard to relate realistically and in the end it wouldn't be so educational. This is a gold mine! Thank you Steve. As I Subscribe.
Glad I’ve come across this page, something we can relate to, currency and regulation wise. Been flipping houses in Durban before covid and definitely gonna be going back soon
You've got something good going. You're someone I can listen to. I'm also in the same line of business, but pretty much a one man show. Also, knocked about by the lockdown in my 1st year starting out. It is great to hear from someone local and who looks passionate about what he's doing. I really hope you'll be doing more videos. Looking forward to following project H.

I watched all of your videos and I am of the opinion that with your honesty and objective approach that you are on the right track. Keep up the good work. I wish you the best of luck and lot's of flipping! Cape Town
Looooving your vids man! I am a real estate agent in Kimberley, South Africa and considering starting to flip. Just not sure in what way it will affect my current job. I assume this is rather time consuming.
Awesome tips. How does one find these dilapidated houses though? I've googled but 'fixer upper' or 'flip house' doesn't have terribly many market hits.
Howsit bro. I wanted to find out where you’re accounting for the new approved house drawings. Is it the new owner that’s having to sort that out? Are you not getting new drawings done after the structural changes in the units? (Knocking downs walls etc)
Hey I have been waching the channel for a while now what is the general consesis about buying on turf/boggy or clay soil as I am looking to buy a property in pretoria
But, can you share with us, how to get finance for the first deal? I am an estate agent and come accross lots of this kind of properties and would love to get back as I did it before but had access to my pension fund loan
Hey Steve, super informative! Would the same rules apply for a property under R1mil? ie Can we negotiate with the same window? (Obviously in proportion to your scenario)
When you speak of a written offer, is this an offer to purchase or some other documentation in your own words? I'm curious as to what that looks like. Thank you.
You did not tell us about your game plan in selling the house for 3.3 million rands. And as to why you thought it would sell for that much. That should have been included on your negotiation technique
Maybe stupid question, but I do ask it. What's the currency your talking in? Dollar, Euro, local currency? I'm living in Europe and want to calculate it in Euro..
I always find houses for sale from distressed home owners but I lack the funds especially buying , example of house in Wilro Park I wanted to flip I offered the owners R1 180mln to sell for R1.9mln renovation and buying cost were gona be R300K... current one I want to flip is worth R2.2mIn , I want to offer seller R1.3mln - R1.6mln depedant on inspection......I need a partner with financial resources I will be foot soldier on the ground .. I am also willing to put financial skin into a deal. Its NOT A SCAM..... partner can bring own conveyancer

Hey Steve, can you do a video on running the numbers in detail and how to determine the after repair value
I'm from Canada, but I love your videos. I find them very interesting. My doctor is actually from South Africa. We have a lot of doctors from there.
This is news to me …lol I live in Canada have never met anyone from SA yet
Shame that they have the feeling they have to leave. It’s not as if they have enough doctors.

Is it in rand or US dollar
Rands bro.
Divide the rand figure by 15 and u will get the us$ figure
Are you negotiating directly with the seller/owner or listing agent?

South African Rands (ZAR). Thanks for watching
