This is so helpful, instead of seeing Mark's painting (which is intimidatingly perfect!) Andres painting is beautiful and I can definitely see myself accomplish what he did (ie. less intimidating), having Mark narrate the process is so helpful. One of the best teacher and painter! So grateful!

For the algorithms!! So happy to hear your paints will continue to be produced. I swear when you said you were hanging up your hat it felt like I lost a family member. That was a very depressing day because your paints and your method have not just changed my art but my entire life. I can’t even walk outside without “mixing colors” in my mind every time I look at every lawn or bush or tree or distant mountain. I went from a very sad bob Ross ripoff art style to creating photorealistic art in literally my FIRST attempt after learning your mixing and matching technique.

Since I do not get the chance to paint very much, my paint tubes are still mostly full. By the time I need more, I do hope Geneva is still in business and thriving, since the products are superior quality.
I am SO happy to hear about the continuation of your paint company! My paintings had increased in luminosity & vibrance using your paint and I would have been devastated not to be able to use it.

I started looking into buying some supplies, at Blick and Jerry's, etc., and then I thought of you and the paint line you had developed. Can't wait to put my order in. Even though, you’ve committed to these two ventures. I do want to wish you the best of luck and I will follow your posts as well. PS Please consider manufacturing ‘water based oil paints’ also.

Can this method be done with acrylics or only oil?
Mark’s particular workflow is designed for oils in that he premixes all his paint prior to applying any to the canvas. Acrylics would dry.
