Thanks for posting the ACs, getting to be few and far between.

jeff is right: dang wind! You need one of those fuzzy things like the audio people have when capturing audio without the subject having a body mike. Always good videos and especially this one because I sold parts for the 00, 20, 30, 40 and 50 series tractors in the 80s. Back then the 4850 was the man. Familiar old farmer friends and plenty of memories. Blanchard Equipment Company headquarters in Waynesboro, Ga. Only one location back then but now Phillip Blanchard has at least 5 dealerships.

The 5020 is a John Deere icon however, how many 6 cylinder 5020's go that high? How many times will you record Jon K. at a sale where a tractor he made is selling? Better book mark this vid.

Pete you should know better. Use a wind screen on your mic. in these conditions. Still a good tractor auction report. Always need more info on the REASON for the sale ie death in the family, retirement, bankrupt owner?

Rogo, thanks for watching. Not sure about "knowing better"....I'm not a trained camera/video person, don't use mic when I'm out recording, no time at the auction to mic folks up when I'm covering sale by myself, always moving on to shoot the next item selling, etc. Little wind...just keeping it real :-)

I thought you had your own TV show on a cable network somewhere ? Also, thought these videos were covered by a professional video crew not just you and a consumer level camera. When you are on-camera who's holding the camera? That said, I enjoy the farm auctions so keep up the good work.

rogo69 yep, we do have a weekly Machinery Pete show on RFD-TV. For those auctions we do have a film crew, fun when I can leave it to the pros :-) All these years all the other auctions I've covered it's just me with a little handled cam shooting everything, so me shooting and talking, interviewing, etc. Hopefully I can get into some better cameras here soon and maybe pick up some professional shooting tips. Big fun to cover sales, shoot equipment selling and talk to folks. Thanks again for watching
