Hi...that is great, I am sure the stools are beautiful! These tables were really fun for me to build and I think you will enjoy them too. Good luck! Wes
Beautiful work once again Wes, you make a fairly complex piece much easier to understand and build while sharing techniques that can be used on other projects. You are an excellent teacher, Thank you!
Wes, U have excelled yourself here my friend.. These are beautiful pieces of furniture. The Cherry wood is lovely. I like the grain patterns on this wood. Is that something that's always on Cherry? I love the look of this wood for furniture. Oak and Walnut too. I like Red Oak for building tables or all sizes. It's perfect for it I think but this Cherry ur using here is really nice lumber Wes. These are 2 of the nicest pieces of furniture I've seen in a ,long time. Keep up the great work pal..
I really enjoyed watching and learning your design techniques as well as the execution, the ways you spotlighted tiny important details and skipped ahead with the editing to move the project viewing more exciting as you approached the finishing touches. Really nice instruction pacing for myself. Thank you for showing the ‘whole enchilada ‘ here in Texas.
Wes what a beautiful design! I love the clear finish and cherry is my favorite wood. The curved legs and drawers were great! Thanks for sharing you have great skills.
Love the enthusiasm and sheer joy you express as you bring a wonderful piece of furniture to life, Wes. You are possessed of great working skills and excellent teaching ability. I have but one question and that is what are legs tapered to? It looks like close to 2inches?
Hi Nick, I am a huge fan of your work, and do look forward to your postings. I'm so glad that you decided to give voice overs, and include more detail in your explanation of the process, the tips that you post in text form are awesome, but could you possibly consider extending the time that they are on the screen, as I am dyslexic, and find it hard to read them in the time you give. Kind regards Rob 😀
Great project and an elegant piece of furniture. The natural color of the wood looks perfect without stain. Can I ask you how much that Cherry wood cost to make 1 of those tables? Thanks!
There was a total of about 15 board feet of cherry with each table. The cost would be determined on the price of cherry in your area. Thanks for watching, Wes
It's mind numbing to watch a seemingly intelligent man run his thumb right next to the blade with a perfectly good push stick lying there. Otherwise nice build but I have to stop watching 😢
I have to agree. I don’t want to be the safety police, but sometimes I cringe watching people playing fast and loose with table saw safety. It must be mentioned for the sake of the newbies watching. It is my belief that if we are going to instruct others about woodworking, this behooves us to demonstrate adequate safety procedures. It all works out fine for years until that one day when your attention is diverted. In a split second, you’ve lost a finger. Also, guys, if you’re going to work with lacquer, it’s imperative to wear a face mask. Lacquer is nasty, nasty stuff, and extremely bad to breathe in. We who are in the business of teaching others must do better in demonstrating safety. The new guys just don’t know, and it’s up to us teachers to inform them.
Wes makes this like a professional cabinet maker would. His processes have been refined and adjusted to be able to take his work to the market which is something professionals have to take into account. The end product is beautiful and will last for decades to come.
Yeah, I think he is using techniques that I see on the builder grade kitchen cabinets that came with my house...heavy use of staples and nails. I would use a dowel jig as much as possible, if not for the entire table assembly. A jig like the Dowelmax would ensure assembly is accurate and repeatable with no chance for wandering air nails that could go thru your thumb. 🤕 Despite that, the result of that natural cherry finish is good looking!
It realy looks Nice 👍
A stunning table. I recently finished following along with your stool tutorial, and made 2 which turned out great. This one is now added to my list!

Hermoso trabajo
An aluminum yard stick works really well for drawing curved lines too, if you don't have a piece of flexible wood lying around.
Great tip! Thanks for watching, Wes
Super job Wes. Highly enjoyed watching you work. Can you tell me what kind of lacquer you are spraying?
I used a pre-cat clear lacquer...flat finish. Thanks for watching, Wes
Great project and an elegant piece of furniture.

Beautiful job, will you have any plans.
24:09...A case for "use gravity, don't fight it", 😄 Just turn the assembly so the top is on the bench.
😃😃😃😃😃😃
Beautiful table. Is it possible to get a pdf or other hard copy of the plans
Beautiful design Wes, do you have a template or dimensions available for the legs. Thank you
I'd be interested in making these. Do you have plans available?
Love the look and the minimalist tools used to build it. Do you have any plans or somewhere we can reference this off of?
The beauty of brad and pocket holes joinery.
Do you have measurements for the legs ?
Sorry those tables were for a client so I no longer have the measurements. Thanks for watching, Wes
👍🏻😍
Hi Boss, any chance you have some kind of plans for this your would sell a guy?
do you have the plans
Next video - how to use Shapr3D for planning! 👊🤓👍
You are amazing. I can't even measure a joist. Help!!!!
It was a clear pre-cat lacquer. Thanks for watching, Wes
😊?
It's a nice looking piece. Calling it custom handcrafted is a pretty far stretch due to the fact that there wasn't any hand work involved
It's mind numbing to watch a seemingly intelligent man run his thumb right next to the blade with a perfectly good push stick lying there. Otherwise nice build but I have to stop watching 😢

Every woodworker is responsible for his own safety. For that we are equipped with a brain to think! So use it, shut up and stop to lecture!
Boy....if stupidity would hurt, you would have to scream 24/7.
Then don’t watch.
The Finish is lovely but you can't be a professional, it's obvious from your every move
