The amount of knowledge one can gain varies from person to person. There is no nonsense information for me. Even if I hear it more than once. I so appreciate this information regarding castor oil. Amazing stuff! The oxidation benefit is something i have not heard about. And the comment regarding the mct oil and then a comment answering a question regarding what mct is with such a simple and easy to understand explanation, is awesome for me, and I imagine, others. All good to know.

I have been using caster oil on my face at night for several months. The under eye bags are gone and fine lines and wrinkles have smoothed out.

The Palma Christi is the name given to the plant better known as the castor oil plant. The oil is derived from its seeds (beans) and has a long history of miraculous medicinal benefits. The first documented use of castor oil is from an ancient Egyptian document, Ebers Papyrus (1550 B.C.) In this document castor oil was placed directly in the eyes to relieve and protect the eyes from irritation. It was also used extensively in eastern Europe centuries ago in the form of an external compress. This method of applying castor oil has since been revived by both Dr. John R. Christopher, the father of American Herbology

After extensive physical and emotional postpartum trauma last spring I ended up going bald. I ended up cutting all of my hair off to get an even length. I was humiliated, so ashamed, so embarassed. I began using castor oil mixed with blaxkstrap molasses 3x a week, covered with a shower cap overnight. Within 2 weeks my hair was beginning to grow in nicely. At the month mark I had to cut it all to the same length again, so I could begin focusing on length rather than it filling in. After 3 months it was darker, thicker and fuller than it had been in at least 10 years. What an amazing reset that my body needed! I have recommended it to many people since.

As a lung cancer survivor, they take the lymph nodes to test them for cancer. If positive, it’s an advanced stage and greater likelihood of metastasizing to other areas so you don’t want cancerous nodes left in your body because they act as the train and take that cancer to other organs, etc. I had a lobectomy and they took 11 nodes that were direct feeders into the larger nodes. I’ve heard with breast cancer the nodes they have to remove can result in lots of residual pain. I’m so sorry for your pain. ❤

@@Scott-cy6zvnot a lot of people can take it orally because it’s a thicker oil. Some have reported intestinal abdominal pains, gagging issues while getting it down or just having general discomfort when taken orally.
Also, pregnant women should stay away from it because they may put their baby/babies at risk (in the old days it was abused in a way to abort the baby😢). On another health note however I can share that my eldest sister used it to help gallbladder stones- she passed four in one day, 3 or 4 days after taking the spoonfuls. She was in her early 20ish without healthcare insurance and the free clinics wouldn’t see her so yeah. Of course she was not with child otherwise she wouldn’t have been able to drink it. I hope this helps.

@@beabchill thank you VERY much for your info. It’s good to see there’s nice people left in this world (you). I will share the info. Here in Canada we have free healthcare but we suffer from no docs now as they’ve moved state side for much better money. Right now in Ontario where I live 25-30% of all people are without a family doctor now :(… myself included. So at best we can see walk in clinics. But if it’s something to help kidneys too that would be fantastic. Definitely sounds interesting on the pros of Castor Oil.

Look up Edgar Cayce on the castor oil packs, he suggested those for overall health. There are plenty of videos out there on how to use castor oil and what else to do with it. Organic, cold pressed and hexane free castor oil. Can also put on your eyelashes too for growth. The castor seed is toxic, not the oil...and that has been the confusion with castor oil. Grandmothers/Great Grandmothers used to give their kids a tablespoon of castor oil as medicine. Aloe gel is great for sunburns too so putting that out there, maybe a mixture. It's also great to put some in your belly button!

@@bioold8925 From a blog: "Our belly button, or navel as it is commonly called, is often a forgotten area of our body. Yet, in many traditional healing practices, it is considered a focal point. Applying castor oil to this area is believed to aid its absorption into the body. Why so? The skin around the belly button is thinner compared to other areas, allowing for easier penetration of oils into the underlying tissues. Plus, the navel is connected to various internal organs via numerous veins. As such, applying castor oil here could have systemic effects throughout your body." I’ve had plantar fasciitis for weeks and yesterday I used castor oil on my feet before bed. I woke up with almost zero pain. I used it again this morning and the swelling and pain appears to be gone.

Why should someone’s breasts pain them? It is certainly something more serious that warrants going to the hospital to be checked out. Castor oil as the treatment is not advised

Breast pain is actually pretty normal. Especially around ovulation and menstration. I went to my ob for this and they did an ultrasound to give me peace of mine but she said its normal. Thats also why they tell you not to do home breast exams during that time of month. The hormone change causes lumps and pain. You can google it if youd like. I did after my dr told me. @gracegeorge7285

Tip for use on hair: castor oil is very thick, and the best way to wash it out is to whisk a couple of eggs and apply it to your hair for 30 seconds or so, then wash it with shampoo and conditioner as usual.

Traits that predict and cause illness:
    1. Automatic concern for other people's (emotional) needs above your own
    2. A rigid identification with duty, role, and responsibility
    3. Repressed (and/or suppressed) emotions
    4. (Self-limiting) beliefs
    5. Responsibility for other people's emotions
    6. "I must NEVER disappoint ANYONE..."
    So,
    When there’s a disagreement,
when I need to say YES
or when I need to say NO,
when I need to state my needs,
and ask for them to be met...
When I need to create boundaries...
    There's a possibility and a probability,
    that someone will inevitably,
    most likely,
    be disappointed in me...
So I engage in every encounter,
    interaction, and relationship...
    In a way that ensures,
that the person disappointed in me...
    NEVER
    ends up being me!
    I aim to never repress,
    never suppress.
I aim to never lose parts of myself.
    Radical honesty only:
    100% of the time.
    Always,
    all ways.
    I NO LONGER
    HAVE MY VOICE SILENCED.
    I ROAR!!!
