I'd like to be able to skin the inside of the whole thing with a light grade of clear plastic attached to small squares of velcro so that the plastic could be removed, then you could start with a clean spray booth and recover it with clear plastic again for a dust free enclosure.
I have painted so much in the booth I currently have in the shop and I rarely get any trash in my paint. I ALWAYS blow my booth out before spraying and I turn the blowers on and let them run for at least 30 mins before I go in to clean and tac my parts before painting. These booths work amazingly. 😁👌🏼
So what you are saying is that this booth will stay inflated during a power loss. Game changer

So when the over spray fogs those beautifully clear windows after the first job, how should we clean them? ( rhetorical question )
The overspray shouldn’t be a big problem with these paint booths. That’s why they made the filters 4’x8’ and made these big air box’s on the sides. 👍🏼
How is the intake air filtered coming through the blowers?
It has a carbon filter stitched into the wall where the fresh air comes in.
Did the kit you bought come with everything needed? I saw they offer 3 versions on the link, but one of them says "with exhaust device for $2439.00". I'm going to be using it to spray lacquer on woodworking projects and my biggest concern is whether or not the one exhaust fan has enough cfm suction to keep the clear walls free of lacquer overspray.
Yes sir. You would need a 950 watt blower alone with the orange blower and exhaust box. It will be enough CFM. But over time the side may get a little over spray on them but not much. 👍🏼
