I've seen someone get fired by HR for telling another employee to "catch them outside" because of comments they made about their appearance. She was initially suspended but after they did an investigation, they let her go. The person who made the comments about her appearance didn't even get a write up.
That’s how it usually goes and people will sometimes say stuff to you on purpose if they know you’ll get emotional just to get you in trouble, gotta control your reactions.
Hey S.B. Gossip is annoying and oftentimes best dealt with by paying no attention to it at all. Gossiping and arguing with individuals (especially dishonest individuals) are skills that I have no interest in learning. Those who gossip are individuals that are insecure about themselves and find temporary relief in judging other people with a sick thrill. Popping fire out of their mouths and waiting for someone to put out the flames for speaking reckless.They have no social skills and are emotionally immature. Therefore I both personally and professionally isolate myself in an ethical and moral corner and don't allow anyone to cross my invisible line that I have drawn within myself. Play your strengths and stay in your lane.I am a very poised , selectively social introvert and I have no problem making my graceful exit far away from scandalmongers and saying to anyone go away and read a book. If there are issues, concerns, employees know their resources available to them HR, other escalations as well if they don't want to go to HR.What you're teaching keeps the work environment from being hostile and/or Uncomfortable.

I work the Twilight shift 3:15 to 7:15 p.m. the people that I work with all they did was gossip about people they have no lives is sad I got so sick and tired of it I changed shifts I work in the morning people are a lot more better whoever is reading this ignore those people they're a bunch of losers they got nothing better to do all they want to do is gossip about people that work better than them

Then when I was talking to a manager about something unrelated and he snuck me in front of 2 AMs. Long story short, don’t approach anyone who you have beef with lol

Hey SB I just started at amazon and there was a $1000 sign on bonus advertised everywhere which is why I applied, it was on my application form too, but I am 4 weeks in and they are sending me from person to person in HR escalating and closing and opening cases. Everybody is acting like they dont know anything about this and I feel like they are just giving me the run around hoping I will give up asking. Its still everywhere on google and wasnt like some lowkey thing it was advertised everywhere and nobody has said nah thats not a thing but they just like errr let me escalate this and ask my boss. What would you recommend I do?
For me it was 2 months in and you get the first half first then you get the second half 4 weeks after that or so. Call payroll if you can get a phone number from your manager or HR . It's from the first day you started then they will pay you when the time comes from the first day you started so either 4 to 8 weeks after your first start date. But that was only just in my personal experience.

Two nights ago I went to break room this lady was arguing with some men according to her he was talking shit about her behind her back and he said he didn’t and none of your business don’t worry about it but she heard what he said so she was telling him and he was acting child 😂 another story is some young girl took other girl’s new charger they were sit next to each other in class and she told her but she like oh that’s mine but other girl just bought it couple days ago and she took it after she said oh that’s mine and she left the night lol I love to hear a lot stupid stories that’s all this is why I don’t talk to co workers other then about work at the time whoever working at same time we have little conversation about work that’s about it 😅 peoples are talking too much like they are friends or something so stupid to me !! They run their mouth more then hands and legs I’m like stop talking do some work Mfkas !! they talk loud too I can’t even chill and work when those talkers leave for break or something else we get so quiet and chill and working so peace
