Its DDR5 but there's also ddr4 versions. There's actually another hidden slot underneath the heatsink, I never showed it as you have to disassemble to whole thing but it looks like one of those slots of a modem but I can't be sure as I didn't open it that deep to check.
You're on windows 11? You'll need drivers, what I've found is it's best to get them from the Asus website as some of their motherboards use the same drivers. I have a n100 lan i226v cpu but it doesn't recognize the lan driver, how did you install it?

RouterOS should work. I currently have fedora installed (and tested win 11) and all 6 of the intel i226 Lan ports work just fine.
