This is a video I made for Machinima Interactive Film Festival,
I use Armored core models in the video, totally around 2500 pictures and nearly 1 month of production time. Hope you guys enjoy the show and as always, thanks for watching.
這次的影片是以機戰傭兵為主角, 加上電腦特效及活動式運鏡, 總共用了2500張照片組合而成, 花了大約1個月的製作時間. 謝謝大家的收看.
He isn't complaining, just pointing out the inaccuracy. It is definitely a well made stop motion vid, is action-packed and very cool to watch.
Even though there are quite a few inaccuracies when compared to the games, this is still a pretty slick animation. Props to you for making one of the best out of the few AC animations out there.
ikr, i just discovered this. i wish you had used the overboost sound effects in ac:fa. wouldve liked the sound better, but already i like how it's actually as fast paced as ac:fa. love the video!
Which AC:FA are you playing? When I play that game the sound barrier is left in the dust on a regular basis. XP
I used to run a completely stripped to bare bones ultralight sniper. She'd be over boosting most of the time. Couldn't hit her because she was only in range long enough to fire before darting back to the peripheries.

Yes we all know AC's do not work that way, but it's just nice to see High-Grade Armored core's slugging it out. ;)
If I recall correctly, destroying the head of an AC does not outright mean the AC is done for. It only means certain functions are disabled (as opposed to the AC being entirely disabled.) Same goes for any other part exempting the core itself - Even if you manage to lose both arms, you can still put up a grim fight with your back-weapons (if they're fitting for the job).
Then again I haven't touched Armored Core in years... still. animation looks awesome :)

What really makes your videos look astounding is the very smooth camera. Normally in stop motion, the camera is jittery and choppy, but in all these videos I've seen of yours the camera is very smooth and looks just as if I was watching the real show, the immersion is great.

The core-mounted turret is a CIWS. Basically an anti-missile turret. In the game, cores that have these turrets have a VS MG stat, or anti-missile guidance. During combat, the turret can be seen shooting down incoming missiles on occasion (those thin lasers that sometimes shoot out of your core). So, technically yes, the core turret fires, but not offensively.

From what I've observed from watching all your vids, I can see you really like all those turning then striking or while dodging. This vid alone, the main mech turned around 6 times:0:34,0:47,2:05,2:06,2:13,2:15

I think one of my absolute most favorite part of your video's Counter are how you use your figures boxes as walls for scenery almost like city blocks, nice touch with that.

I've watched this video before, but still, as a hardcore Armored Core fans, I'm disappointed by the inaccuracies that is littered here and there in this video
Never knew that radar unit was a laser beam...
Or the zenaida's machine gun shoots lasers... Or the sword is a shield... The rifle is a laser cannon now... Or the missile intercept extensions are machine guns... This made me cringe more than it made me impressed.
I knew about that too, but it was cool to watch. Damn i wish there was an Armored Core anime.
An armored core anime based on 3's line would be amazing. Throw in Nineball and it would sky rocket to my all time favorite.

@@jLee025 Well, to be fair, in Armored Core 4's opening, the Armored Core used some machine gun I can't remember as a sword when he stabbed it into that unit.

Whoa, awesome video! Really nice job on the set up, camera movements, and the visual effects - it felt more like a clip from a movie then a TH-cam animation.

Also, people, I'm an hardcore AC fan too, but hell, stop moaning about wrong effects, we all know that he fired a blue beam with Hogire's radar, but it's still awesome and he deserves to be proud of his work.

Wow, beautifully done. A lot of work in that short animation piece, as well as a lot of money. Those figures, along with all the others shown on the boxes, are expensive.

my 11 or was it 12 year old mind thought this was a gundam motion video cause that was the only thing I could comprehend and what I was looking at the time until I just realized JUST NOW that 6 years ago I watched a armored core related video, its really funny to me since I only truly heard about the franchise when Armored Core 6 was announced and yet I was technically already introduced to the franchise

656 counter friends I like his stop motion animation is impressive, especially the street faighter, should do one of Saint Seiya, for we are many fans of the series, has inspired me a lot to do I do in my own stopmotion, but does not compare like yours, Greetings from Honduras to taiwan friends you much success.
