Great explanation of the characteristics. I found this out the hard way on my MkVGTI track car. Put too high a rate on a divorced set up and had my rear floating all over the place on turns. Went with an outboard coil-over and was able to go with a lower spring rate with more control.

If you're into stance then True Rears will be the only way to make your car lower if you're having issues. Hope this could help!
