I know it's for beginners but still good to see👍 have a great weekend buddy. I'll be hunting around car boot sales for locks if the weather holds out 👍
There's a broken furniture key in the locked drop-down door of a beautiful Danish Modern wood cabinet. From watching this video--which is really well done--I'm pretty sure its a lever lock. The lock was sticking, and despite my begging to the contrary, a muscular friend tried to force it opened...hence, broken key in lock. Have you made a video on a problem like this? Is there any hope of fixing this without ruining the cabinet? Thank you for any guidance you can offer!
Thanks for watching but unfortunately I can not help you as I have never had to remove a broken key from a lever lock, sorry I can not help 😞 I am not a locksmith and only pick locks open for fun
Watch some videos on this cabinet lock playlist th-cam.com/play/PLj6lfbx-LMrAjkePT3LSBDQKidRqSEb7L.html&si=HL5wuqHEbGxMSnJV 👍 I’m sure it will answer your question

Please or Thanks normally works 👍
@BrummieLockPicker You're right, but once you had given the size of the piano wire, I would have ended the comment with "Thank you for responding." 😃
I was always taught to say please before asking, then thank you after 🤔 anyways it’s 1.5mm, thanks 🙏
@@BrummieLockPicker Thank you for responding.👍
👏👏👏
I looked at all of your videos none of them match this antique lock for a bookshelf
Bought keys none of them fit the rod inside
