I have been to Universal studios Florida three times and every time I have always enjoyed riding the Simpsons ride (over and over) and just exploring Springfield/the Simpsons attractions. Unfortunately, I haven't gotten any merch from the Kwik-e-mart yet, but I plan on it eventually, probably the next time I return to universal. My favorite food from the Simpsons restaurants is definitely the chicken tenders and Tator tots from Cletus's chicken shack, I'm a very picky eater so that was definitely my go to every time I ate at the Simpsons restaurants.
I visited the Hollywood one this winter! I loved how accurate everything is! You can't tell just how cool it is until you go! (Even though it was raining the whole time...)
If I am ever lucky enough to get to go to Universal, I pretty much mostly just wanna go for Springfield and the Wizarding world. Those are my two main attractions. Although as a huge fan of back to the future I would have loved to have gotten to go in the back to the future ride as well

If you've never been on the ride (SPOILERS!!!) it ends with a giant Maggie saving the day but immediately mistaking the ride car for a pacifier. I'll never forget when she came over the horizon and one of the girls yelled "OH SHIT IT'S THE BABY!!!"
