I can't comprehend why seiko are slapping that hardlex crap on their watches. Microbrand watches at lower price than this offer arguably better movements and sapphire crystal. This watch costs over 400 euro at retailers in EU. There is no reason for hardlex at this price. Watch is beautiful though. The only thing that stops me from buying it is that damn hardlex.
Kamil Jurewicz if it was a sapphire crystal it would be impossible to do the same dome to the crystal at this price point. Yes they could make it flat but that would lose the character of the watch. Sapphire is more scratch resistant and hardlex more shatter resistant, trade offs for each.
@@theknightswatch I suppose. I never shattered a sapphire but I sure did scratch hardlex plenty of times. I suppose it's a matter of preference. Personally at this price point I expect sapphire on the watch.
I have the original SARB065. It's one of the most beautiful dress watches I have ever seen. I wish they would have kept the smaller crown on these newer models.

Scott Lauren Watch gecko cork strap. They changed the pattern of the cork so it won’t look the same as mine. So either try the newer model or just search cork straps online.

Thomas Chatzopoulos it’s a gorgeous watch. The dial is so worth it even if it didn’t even have a movement inside! I’d would measure the top span of where you Usually wear a watch. If it’s at least 47mm then you’re good(the lug to lug length of the watch) I’m sure if you get the watch you’ll love it. My love for the watc has convinced both my roommate and girlfriend to each purchase one!
Thomas Chatzopoulos it definitely wears on the larger side. But if you like the watch and it just fits then get it. I own watches ranging from 32-42mm the experience of wearing a larger watch is different than a smaller one and vice versa. Overall try to get one for a good price, buy it, try to wear it at least a week to see if you get accustomed, then sell it if you don’t like it.
