You can add a few drops of purple gel food coloring. But add 1 drop at a time, it changes color with time, so you have to wait before adding more.

Lila colour. Just a tiny(!!!) Pinch. Best hack here is a toothpick. Dip it in Lila food colouring and add to the buttercream

Hi Blossom,what I normally do Is regardless of what kind of buttercream you use,especially in humid climate,make sure to put a layer of ganache under it
