Never made this with ground meat looks good. I always used corned beef. Fried up some bacon, removed the bacon. added the potatoes and onions brown them until tender. Then added the corned beef. I'm going to try this. This would be a great What If video
I make this sometimes. I add some shredded cheese on top and let it melt. Yum! Also, my daddy was a truck driver, too. ❤
