Game Day Cajun Dip

Hello Frac Crew!
This video is a little twist of my original Jalapeno Popper Dip. I had a feeling that by adding my homemade Andouille sausage this dip would be the next level. Now I do not expect you to have your own homemade sausage. The good thing about this dip is that you can add whatever you want. Store bought Andouille Sausage will work just as fine. Just peel the casing off and crumble it up. I also would think that breakfast sausage would be good in this as well!
Here is a rundown on the ingredients:
5 Roasted Jalapenos ( this can be adjusted to your heat preference
1 Block of Softened Cream Cheese
Garlic Powder, Onion Powder, Cumin, Bad Juju or your favorite cajun spice all to taste. At least 1 Teaspoon each to start
1/2 Pack of Fiesta Ranch Seasoning
2 packs your favorite cheese. One for the inside of the dip and one for the topping
Crumbled Bacon and Green Onion for Garnish
Smoke at 225 for 40-45 Min and then after adding cheese and bacon on top crank up the heat to 350 for 10-15 min or until bubbly

Oh man... I am making this TODAY! I was going to ask what you recommend to use as a substitute for andouille sausage because I don't have any, but when you mentioned chorizo at the end, I was like, hell yeah. I have that in the fridge already. Can't wait to try it!
Oh, and Falcons fan here. And I think we're gonna see a Chiefs/Bucs rematch in the Super Bowl. Hate to admit it because I can't stand either team. The Rams might break up that rematch though.
