Just so happened to be snacking on some Fritos while watching this and it felt a little more special. Arnie is a amazing person, I wish we all had an Uncle Arnie
I am loving your channel my friend! I am from New Zealand, and I now live in the UK. I have always loved Mexican food but it is difficult to find good authentic Mexican restarants in the UK. I am enjoying your recipies and getting great results. Please keep it up!
I promise when I say that I could eat number 3 bean dip every single day for the rest of my life! I can almost taste it just by watching your video.. Thanks for sharing!.. okay, gotta go! gonna make me some bean dip -->
Just came over here to say that I made the chorizo bean dip. I made my my own chorizo (found a recipe for seasoning online) and pressure canned it for Canuary. I used a pound of that, a larger can of pinto beans (because that's what I had on hand), some extra liquid from homemade Rotel in place of the tomato sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, some white cheese and some cotija (which is my favorite cheese!), plus some candied jalapenos I made (Porque this white girl no aguanta el picante de los jalapeños!). It wasn't your exact recipe but close enough. It was delicious! And you're right, it tastes nothing like commercially prepared bean dip but it's much more refined and gourmet. Thanks for these recipes :)
My 13 year old son loves bean dip and I have been tying to get him interested in cooking his own. He made the bean dip without the chorizo and it was so good!He wants to make the chorizo bean dip for our next party. Great recipe!!
These look phenomenal!!! I am cooking some beans right now (also your recipe)! Bean dip for dinner!! Keep the great recipes coming!!! Love your channel!
Mr Arnie, I just found your channel by accident, I'm so happy. I LOVE MEXICAN FOOD. I have already learned so many tips and tricks. Thank you sir for these video's.
My dad will put 1 part black olives, 1 part green olives, and 2 parts jalapeños in the food processor to sprinkle on stuff. Might be good on that last bean dip. Can't wait to try these out!
My dad is from Arkansas but we also live in California. Dad could never decide which state he wanted to live in. We’d move to one but he’d miss the other so I traveled back n forth my whole life. We’d live in states in between like Arizona, Texas, Oklahoma. Growing up and traveling we’d always have Fritos bean dip and bologna in our vehicle. And a Folgers can that was metal back then. It was the make shift toilet for us kids when we were in the middle of nowhere and really had to pee. Fun times 😂
Classic. I'm a grengo but fond memories of me & pop (RIP Pops) busting out the frito lay bean dip & old school taco flavor doritos and watching football. Pops had his PBRs & I'd have a coke to wash it down. But....green piminto stuffed olives??? No bueno amigo! Lol ❤
Arnie, I made recipe number three and while doing so I got to observe all three bean stages. I made a little large batch than what you had on the show for a club picnic. I followed your recipe as given. As a Señorita from Mexico said "I didn't know a gringo could make such a gran" bean dip. Thank you for great recipes! Bill
AYYYYYY WAYYYYYY!!!!!! Arnie as always you freaking hit it outa the freaking park!!!! Hijo de su!!!!!🙈🙉🙊. That last one definitely 👌 my favorite. Gonna have to try that one. I was dancing just watching you eat it ,imagine once I gobble some down!!!! OHHHHHHHHHH YEAAAAAA😊😅 God bless you my Arnie. And keep them mouthwatering dishes coming our way. From EL CHUCO MANY 🙌 BLESSINGS ❤❤
Hello! New subbie as of today! Loved this video because bean dip in a can brings childhood memories. Going to get my first grill soon I thought this baker would learn how to BBQ and start learning how navigate around a pit. Thank you so much for wonderful videos!
Arnie your videos are awesome! I love your recipes! You are so down to earth and genuine in your videos! I would love to party with you sometime! God bless you and your beautiful family!❤
I remember my dad every time I see that Fritos bean dip. He busted it out when we went fishing on the canals of Mercedes! I turned my son on to it recently but it's just not the same.
I make a bean dip with your charro bean recipe at about a stage 2 of your refried beans and I add some green chile and jalepeno as well as some cheddar cheese.
Not even a question. Processed refrieds taste so metallic and are only edible if spiced up. Making your own is way cheaper, tastes INFINITELY better and you can tailor that taste to your very own personal liking. My recipe involves using black beans, starting by slightly searing them in a hot sauce pan. I then reduce heat quickly before adding in cumin, coriander, pepper and whatever other spices I think will pair nicely with whatever I'm making
I would love to see a collaboration video with you and Kent Rollins. you both are masculine men who can cook really well and you both like to do a little dance at the end when the food is extra nice lol
I did not notice if you drained the fat from the chorizo before adding the beans. If not, then why not? Thanks for showing me how to make the best fajitas.

Oh this looks SOOO good! I am growing some nadapeños and habanadas for real flavor without heat. Can't wait for them to ripen!
Anyone know a good alternative to the Brisket spice he used?
Awesome! Love a good bean dip, and yes, the bean dip is definitely a shadow of what it was in the past....

I need me some refied (refinanced) bean dip. Will my bean dip monthly payments go down?
Don’t refi your beans. Instead, get a small loan of a million dollars and invest in beancoin (BTC). 😂

My mouth is watering!!!
Frito O' Lay with Frito Scoops, the best!
Arnie....you had me at "bacon grease" darlin! LOL
I am going to make the first one but without the manteca de cerdo and use olive oil instead... nothing beats homemade totopos + homemade bean dip :)
There are some great ideas here. I actually use about 3 inches of chorizo when I'm cooking my beans. The fat does wonders.
Salsa is my favorite but like it all.
would love to be able to print these wonderful recipes!
Keep up the good work ArnieTex !
love refryin beans
Been loving you
