Appreciate you showing displays that use a single usb c cable for power and display
What's the difference between 4k and 1080p for power draw?

While all of the monitors look the same, there is definitely a lot of variation in the little details between sellers/brands.
If the draw of the monitor is not listed, sometimes they list the power adapter in the listing and from that you would know the maximum draw such as 5v 2 amps in the case of the monitor in the video.
Many macs and cheap laptops struggle providing 2 amps and in those cases you would be forced to get a powered hub. You can find a usbc hub that would take power in on the power delivery port and share power and data with the Mac so you can use multiple monitors. You might also need to upgrade the 45 watt PD charger to 65 watt or even 100 watts depending on your model.

Can you link two of these at the same time?

Yes, but you may need a more powerful power supply than what came with your laptop or use the external power supply for each monitor.

The biggest tip is don't use any of the same accounts on your phone as you do on your laptop. Many apps send your location to a database and then your laptop will retrieve the coordinates from the database based on your account or sometimes other factors as well.
