Back in 2004 I bought a well maintained Chevy Silverado Z71 xcab and I quickly ordered and paid for a Leer cab hi canopy and it's been great and it matches the color of my truck. It was owned by a Law Enforcement officer and he took good care of the truck. I broke my back door/window glass and I went to the place I bought the canopy and they ordered me a new one and it was here in good time. I did look at the other canopy choices but Leer seems to be the best for me. It's great to go camping in too, and great to have stuff out of the weather too.
Bought a used XQ. Previous owner took great care of it, he had it on a 2005 Ram 3500. It fits perfectly on my 2017 Ram 2500 Power Wagon. The shade of blue is off but is close enough for me. The back glass doesn’t overlap the top of my tailgate but fits snug on the horizontal. I added some weather stripping which seems to keep the moisture out. Seems like a great cap!
Extremely poor customer service from Leer. I have never seen a company so distant from from the individual customer letting all the service responsibilities lie with the individual dealers. Had such a bad experience I would never recommend a Leer truck cap to anyone...
Great video. I’d love to see more information on the 180 and 180XL. I have a 2013 Tacoma with a 5’ bed. I currently have a soft topper that has served its purpose but I need a hard topper with a little more head room so I can boon-dock and camp without setting up a tent all the time. I’m a professional Offroad driving instructor for a company called Overland Experts based on the east coast. I travel cross country from NC to UT, CO, and other western states fairly regularly. I train both civilian and military in driving, off road sustainability and recovery. My truck truly does it all. Thanks again, you have a new subscriber. Tony
I have the 180 on my 2014 Taco with the 5' bed. Love it! Lots of interior space and it has done its job flawlessly! Looking to trade the Taco in shortly to upgrade to the Tundra. Dealer wants me to return the truck to stock as much as possible and will be taking off the cap to sell on Craig's list. Hoping it finds a good home!

I was looking for dimensions...wanted to know how high they are inside. Truck bed to top of side rails I know. Its how high the cap (top of rails to ceiling of cap) is I need. (100XR $ 100XL only)

Hi Disabled Navy Veteran. First of all, thank you for your service! Unfortunately we do not ship Leer truck caps. Logistically it is to cost prohibitive. If your within driving distance of central Ohio you could contact one of our central Ohio locations for pricing and availability. If you are not within driving distance, then your best bet would be to use the dealer locator on Leers website to find your closest dealer. They should be able to give you all the information you would need.
