When I clicked this video I was going to be mad impressed if you could keep it under 60, this is amazing running for an 800m guy and i’m super excited to see what you do this season
Hello Peter, I'm a japanese high school student.I had done track and field for 8 years. I am studying for entrance exams of university. So, I don't run now.But your activities enhances my running motivation! I think I will begin running after finish the exams. I hope that you are enjoying running!!
Keep going🎉
Amazing content, it is great to see more Olympians making their own content and showing us behind the scenes stuff that nobody sees, but is were champions are made. Looking forward to seeing your progress!

Does the Future Paris olympics gold medalist respond?!???!
What was the rest interval for those 400s? Lookin smooth.
Same question I have
My doubts are the same. 2 to 3 minutes?
Description says 2 min
@@terraflow__bryanburdo4547 Didn’t see that, thanks
The fact that your outdoor season lasts 6 months IS WILD!
we have a peter bol youtube channel before GTA 6
Unbelievable! I’ve been waiting for a long time.
I need to be the pace maker but with the bike 🚲😂😂😂
I have been waiting
I'm assuming that you are moving up to the 1500 as the workout seems more oriented to a mile workout. IMHO: you have the strength to run a very fast 800 and I would focus on faster than race pace repeats of 600;s and 500's The 800 is such a strength and mechanical race - Rudisha ran such a perfect race in 2012 - he has such tremendous strength, but his mechanics made it possible to conserve as much energy as possbile to have enough left over for the last 200. You clearly have the strength and probably just need to improve speed a bit to maintain 49s through 600 meters.
No plans to move up to the 1500 anytime soon. Just catching up on missed off season work
Pete smoothest stride since Wilson Kipketer
He will do the Kipketer style 800m 1:41; 1.500m 3:27
The guy said he could run a 3:27 1.500 and tbh Kipketer was the GOAT and I think he could have run 3:27 and a 1:39:9
Pete right here is a prime candidate for Olympic gold in 2024, only have to beat Wanyoni and get safely into the finals Pete
Marco Arop, the two Algerians and Yanis Meziane will be tough to beat as well. Bol is definitely in the mix. The 800 in Paris is going to be exciting
Did this workout yesterday 🎉
💪💪💪💪💪👏👏👏👏👏
how long of rest between sets?
2 minutes
Didn’t quite get it, were the last 2 in spikes or just the last one? And did you take extra rest to put on spikes?
No extra rest. 2mins was long enough to change shoes
Please upload a video on diet
Once i did this workout at 59sec last 55sec and i f died, first time i cried in pain after a workout
52.10!
What was the rest? 👀
it says 2 minutes in the description
Fun Fact - Isaiah Harris is 3-0 against Peter Bol head to head
@@RunnerGang1997who cares Bol at least makes it into finals and almost medals🤭🤭
@@RunnerGang1997you flexing another man’s record?
Just a fan of the sport sharing a fact I think was fun 🤷
I am Indian but you are sharing his training
А что по пульсу на такой работе?
What's up with the 10 minute rest after the warmup?
For the group to change into spikes and get ready for the main workout
Makes sense, thanks for the response legend!@@Pbol800
do you wear the same size in flats and spikes or spikes smaller?
Yes but I usually prefer half a size down in spikes
Why on lane 3?
First two were blocked plus better curves
Starting at 55/56 then dropping down 😰
2 min rest😅?
Yah! :D
@@Pbol800 I will do it
