Thanks for this review. Love the look of this bike but feared I’d be too big for it (I’m 6’ 2”). Tend to look like a bit of a circus clown on many bikes out there 😆. Maybe the seat is a little higher on this or something, but anyway, looks great 👍
SE owner here, what i dont like is Kawasaki did not include Brembo master break unit and rear Brembo break even though they charged a premium over the base model. Stock rear break is very soft
1st gear is lower on the RS than the Z900. 2nd gear is the same. Therefore it's a bigger jump between 1st and 2nd, hence more clunky. 5th to 6th is clunkier too because RS also has taller 6th ratio. Shifting from 2nd through 5th should be the same.
Yes been driving bikes over 50 years been caught in the rain meny meny times so tire pressure very important most of all tires with lots of cross marks to crab the wet roads Rain tires for all surfaces except ice forget it
I have the 2023 and I absolutely love it
I bought a 2020 leftover during covid for 7,899. ECU flash was a must for me the difference is night and day.
Good to know!
Mine >
Iridium spark plugs
Bread box out
Akrapovic muffler
SAI disabled
ÉCU flashed
Full Barnett clutch
Continental tires
On Dyno = 108 hp & 95 torque ❤❤❤
Sounds sweet!

Glad to help out other talk riders. Seems like most bikes are made for little guys!

Weird!
Z900rs is made in Japan and the z900 is made in Thailand. That was a big influence on my choice
Ah interesting!

Good info!
The cafe version’s handlebars are too bent inwards. Other than that it’s awesome
I agree!
If you to release the clutch in first gear, will the Z900RS move without to use the accelerator (Low rpm assist)?
Good question. Unfortunately this was just a test ride so I no longer have access to this bike.
@@MidgetMoto thanks a lot
Yes it will
Even uphill
@@michaeltrivette1728This technology is very interesting on a 900cc. th-cam.com/video/ypHlH1Pqfhs/w-d-xo.htmlsi=HXlFIwasXC6x1zY1
Thanks a lot
If it wasn’t for inflation it would probably be more like $8,000 to $10,000
Good point!

I looks better than it rides in the twisties 😅✌️
I believe it!
Don't blame the bike for your lack of skill
👀👀👀
