I love pantry videos! This reminds me of my childhood home - we had every kind of flour and bean and herb and dried mushroom from back home. But I WISH it was this organized! Everything used to be in bags and nondescript jars and tins 😂. You’d think it’s cookies but nope it’s the djon-djon one of the aunts brought over in her luggage 😅

That is an impressive collection of spices and herbs. Have you ever tried Neem tea for the sinus issues associated with allergies? A friend from St Lucia suggested it to me, and it helps me a lot. It is extremely bitter, but for some reason I don't mind the bitter taste. I just think of it as medicine and sip it. You must be a fantastic cook.
