Hi, does anyone know of a good book that also cover these topics, I love cooking and as much as I would love to travel and explore these topics along with my family, books are where it is for now? A University student
Afia, I really admire your work. As someone who has married into the culture, I have learned so much from you about cooking and the rich food history of Ghana. My Ashanti husband loves the food grew up eating and thanks to you i have been able to enjoy their vegan versions.
Loooks super yummyy!! 😍🩷🩷🩷🩷❤️❤️❤️❤️
You ate the tarantulas lol
Use gloves 🧤 🤦🏾♀️
I grew in up Togo (country in West Africa) and now live in Europe. Now I'm older, I've come to realise how elite the diet is in West African countries.
Someone please like my comments. I want to come back to this video

Keep on lying to yourself sis, "beef flavored"? Like if you're really about that life in west Africa disregard everything that has animal association. Even the flavoring is a red flag. 😂😂😂

Millet is our saviour now qith maize already genetically modified. Unfortunately, i hear Bill Gate is turning his wyes on millet too. We better keep our indigenous cereals. qwll

Thank you for this! As someone who has lived in southern Ghana most of their life, I'm very curious about the cuisines of other regions, esp the north. This was even more so when I saw the rich variety of foods that cookathon chef did. I can't wait to travel to the north and experience their food.
❤❤❤
beautiful
I miss massa
thats CONTENT i want to see!.. subscribed🎉
I think it's more like "If the leaves are not toxic, they eat it". I went to the north to find out so many common and often ignored plants in the south are delicacies. I was mind blown
