Vatican rejects 500-year old doctrine used to justify colonial conquest

  • The Vatican has finally disavowed a 500-year old doctrine that European colonialists had used to justify their conquests, after years of calls for action from Indigenous communities throughout the Americas. While some believe that this repudiation helps to correct past injustices, others wonder if it's too little, too late to undo the harm that was done.

these nations should be wary of the day when they become history. The circle always completes itself.

Current US foreign policy isn't that much different. That aside.
For restitution and assisting the development of indigenous peoples we could consider various options.
A slight diversion about what we consider acceptable under current economic processes. Credit card companies can charge a fee for every transaction using their systems. Real estate agencies charge a fee for every sale they procure. A kand agent told me that the average time between buying and reselling properties is seven years. That jeans the entire real estate value of the country gets turned over every seven years with real estate agencies taking their cut.
The real estate value of a city is almost unimaginable yet this is the current value of the land lost by indigenous people. Apart from the loss of capital value if we look at lost opportunity coats, the rental value and lease value of those properties, even as undeveloped land the value and opportunity cists are enormous.
Given the current acceptable transaction fees that apply in our economies we could make considerable progress in redressing losses to indigenous people's if we added a one pecent to sales tax on every transaction and that transferred to
accounts held by representative of indigenous nations to fund the purchase of land and fund social, education, housing health programs and fund the lobbying of government..
This would be a relatively simple and painless remedy that over time would represent considerable wealth transferr back to those who have been dispossessed.

The Catholics/Christian’s, with these papal bulls, declared themselves to be a god along God, The Almighty. They should have believed and should believe Exodus 20:1-5.

I'm a bit lost on this because most Indians were brown skin people. I see more European looking people who saying that they are Indians talking about their rights. The indigenous people truly had many tones, but what we are seeing often is a lighter skinned people in the press. Now Rachel looks close, but the many are darker. The United States of American Indians were a lot darker, but they are called African. The Explorers and Discoverers and those writers who came with acknowledge this. You are talking tens to hundreds of tribes that are not being acknowledge as their identity has been muddied by false images. This true identity of many Indians has been deleted from history and in many ways stolen.

Revelation specifically and uniquely names Jesus Christ as the anti-Christ. Doesn’t look like it in English does it? That is because the English translation of this verse is in error. I am going to challenge this uninspired translation above that has kept us all in the dark for thousands of years. Here again, we are warned that to understand the “name of the beast” requires those who have the wisdom and insight into spiritual things. We are going to employ just such wisdom and insight in this section to clearly identify Jesus Christ as the name of the beast and demonstrate that what John actually said and meant in Revelation 13 is this:
The Beast out of the Sea
13 The dragon stood on the shore of the sea. And I saw a beast coming out of the sea (sea serpent xes3 )…17 so that they could not buy or sell unless they had the mark (xes2), which is the name of the beast or (rather) the symbol of its name. 18 This calls for wisdom (to discern the Christogram). Let the person who has (spiritual) eyes to see reckon up the (pictogram of the) symbol of the beast that identifies him, for it is the symbol of a man. That symbol is ( Chi, Xi and Sigma ) X&S = ( Really an X ( Snake Symbol ) S )
You see, John didn’t write down a “number”, he wrote down the 3 Greek letters of the symbol of Jesus Christ to the exclusion of all others in history
Below is what Revelation 13 looks like in the Greek language:
Chi, Xi and Sigma). Translators converted the Greek letters 666-as written in Greek To the number 666 because they mistranslated the meaning of the Greek word arithmos in Rev. 13 as “number”. Then they subtracted 666-as written in Greekand added 666.

" *The “doctrine of discovery”* is not part of the teaching of the Catholic Church. Historical research clearly demonstrates that the papal documents in question, written in a specific historical period and linked to political questions, *have never been considered expressions of the Catholic faith.* At the same time, the Church acknowledges that these papal bulls did not adequately reflect the equal dignity and rights of indigenous peoples." - 30.03.2023 statement

In the legal sense, red, yellow, black, white, etc, we are all savages, creatures, monsters, persons, slaves, combatants, chattel, and other things. Pay attention people.

Own it. The CC beliefs provided😢 the justification for domination and conquest, intentionally or not. Without restorative justice and reparations, apologies are hollow and meaningless. By the way, this issue applies to Africans, including black "Indians" who go unrecognized by both Native and federal governments. Until the Church rescinds, and Western countries overturn subsequent legal cases and precedents based upon this doctrine, they have no claim to a moral high ground.
