Awesome video, Talli Faye! I loved how you explained everything and what to look for and what to do.
This is something I may never do, as we very seldom use any kind of jellied products at all, but I appreciated how you went through the entire process step by step.
I spent the afternoon putting up cucumber pickles from the garden, first time in 10 years or more, so I know how intensive the process of water bath canning is. And I'm a bit older now, so it's not as easy as before, but it makes me happy.
This video was genius! Thank you for sharing your wisdom! (from a fellow NE Texan!)

I've wanted to try making my own jelly for awhile but I've always felt too intimidated to do so. After watching you walk us all through the steps, canning doesn't seem so scary. You've given me the courage to try this myself. Thank you so much! Blessings to you Miss Talli Faye.❤

Your Marmalade looks delicious Talli Faye and I know it will be delicious ! I’ll bet it would be delicious in stir-fry’s as a sauce , also on sausage sandwiches !! Have you tried using you little chopper to chop up the peelings , it does a great job on peppers , celery and onions , it might do great on the peelings and save you sometime !! Also I make a lot if fruit salad during the holidays and have found it easier for me to leave the oranges, grapefruit and lemons whole after peeling and removing the white pithy part and just cut out the segments as I go around the fruit over the bowl then squeeze the left behind skeleton of the fruit ! It’s just what my momma taught me to do to make the job easier and catch as much juice as possible !! But I don’t know if you’ve tried it that way or not !! Have you ever made peach or pineapple jam ?? I think those would be delicious also !! Thanks Talli Faye for all you do to help us , it is appreciated very much , and your a great teacher explaining everything so well ! Please don’t listen to anyone telling you not to talk so much , how are you suppose to teach if you can’t talk , besides us southerners like talk and I’ll bet 99.5% of your viewers enjoy your friendly and loving talks with us ,I know I do !! God bless , and keep on talking to us who appreciate you !! ❤️🙏🙋🏻🌈🌈

Probably 40 years ago, I found a recipe for Pear Amber Marmalade. It was in newspaper section of recipes sent in by the public. It was pears, pineapple and oranges. At the you added maraschino cherries. It was absolutely delicious and beautiful. I have lost that section of newspaper so I have put together different recipes to get the same result. I am a widow now so I don’t can any more. If I had access to enough tomatoes, I would can them because there is nothing better over the winter than canned tomatoes. I actually just found the recipe online. Do you have an e-mail address where your followers can send things to you? I hope so because if you ever one recipe, you will be hooked!
