People who suffer from Asthma can easily die due to the air pollution.

Love these videos! I found Kurt's channel only yesterday as youtube suggested it to me. Never watched any travel video before. Kurt has charm, he's good with people and ready to jump into any situation with strangers. I have watched 6 videos so far (Venezuela, Peru, Papua New Guinea, Kenya and 2 Bangladeshi). In this video, though, I can see some uneasyness in him. Don't blame him: Been to Dhaka I know how intense it can be. Shooting a video must make it many times more intense! Madness, Kurt says, a few times. That's what traveling in Dhaka (etc.) feels like: you love it and hate it at the same. And showing this Kurt is good at. But even in Dhaka you can find surprisingly quiet alleys between busy roads. No cars, no rush. But as Kurt is #1 toughest traveler he takes you right into action.
Man, people are so kind there giving you free food and everything. I guess people from underdeveloped countries are more humble and generous because that's how they survive. Solidarity.

Yes, because too much money and power over others seems to corrupt by default. It's the western cancer, which we have plenty here. Endless greed and soulless disconnection.
If you don't have anything, you can't lose much more. People don't care to give something; they've simply lost the will to care. Personally, I've found that the more money I have in the bank, the more reserved I am about keeping it that way or making it grow even further. Greed tends to increase over time.
I think because people in disadvantaged / poor positions often develop inferiority complexes and automatically respect more those who are "better" than them. In fact you wouldn't seem them acting so nice to poorer countrymen. Another factor is the inferiority complex towards Europeans, so if you're African I doubt you'll receive the same treatment

Hygiene should be a priority, India and Pakistan don't care about hygiene. And they choose to be that way. I've been to a poorer place, but they had the Hygiene. Why not eat with a spoon for example? Too many diseases there, you can easily catch them. People who suffer from Asthma can easily die due to the air pollution.
They're not poor. Their country is cheaper than ours. Just because they have less money doesn't mean they're poor.

Solidarity.
It's more about Islamic culture. You are a guest, and guests are treated well. Even if they aren't Muslim. It's to encourage more people into Islam.

Wow the generosity from those little shops, they probably imagine your life is insane luxury yet still give.
There is a pattern all over the world - the poorest are always the most generous
