- Millions in bonuses have still not been ruled out for CBC/Radio-Canada’s executives despite hundreds of job cuts planned in the English and French services. The Board makes decisions on staff bonuses based on the performance metrics established by the Chief Executive Officer (Catherine Tait) and her direct reports. Since the CBC gets most of its money from taxpayer subsidies, taxpayers should know if the CBC Board considered growth in advertising revenue and subscribers (metrics used by private sector competitors) as relevant performance criteria for executive bonuses.
So why don't YOU look it up yourself? As she said, it's all open to the PUBLIC to READ for themselves. But you're not gonna look up how they do it because you're also super lazy and couldn't even understand what's written even if you did even when it is available in English and French.

Publicly traded companies provide details on executive bonuses to shareholders who ratify these via proxy votes. PS- Calling someone you don't know "super lazy" is childish.

Watch the FULL video, she is later called out for LYING about her involvement in who actually recommends the bonuses, as she is in fact the one who recommends who will receive a bonus and how much, her OWN bonus included. She also later states in the hearing that she "met" her kpi's, so she will be recommending her own bonus.
