- Palmaïa, The House of AïA is a luxury wellness retreat located in Playa del Carmen, Mexico. We stayed for 4 nights at this beautiful resort and enjoyed every second of it. We are not vegan and we found the food to be amazing! The resort allows you to replace some items on certain dishes to help accommodate non-vegans/vegetarians. Truly the best all inclusive resort we have ever stayed at.

If anyone has any connections or direct line to someone at Palmaia that would be very helpful. We're trying to get a refund after cancelling our vacation. It's been 2 months and still waiting. Always going in circles when we reach out both through emails and live chats. Customer service-supervisor-accounting bla bla bla and no one can give us an answer.

Totally would. I saw a few solo travellers during our time there.
Sushi… catch of the day? Not vegan i assume.
Some restaurants/meals at the resort allowed you substitute certain items for non vegan/vegetarian guests. So we opted when we could.
