I will begin to more deeply pay attention those ordinary moments where I feel that flow of love, then I will pause to consciously expand that love as God's cosmic energy. I feel good just thinking about it. I'm recalling the times I've attended silent retreats, There was an exchange of loving, peaceful energy between my self and other retreatants. Words were not necessary. I felt it.
