Nice video! I'm just wondering that if I use the same facebook ad account for 2 different stores would that be a problem? I will use different pixels for each store. Can data get mixed up or any other problem can occur?
Thanks. That should be fine if you have separate Pixels. Although, its best practice to have seperate Ad accounts per business.

Hey! Great video! My Facebook shop is still “in review”. And I still need to complete my shop verification to start selling on Facebook and instagram. Can I still run ads and have it linked to my website. I would like to set up a shop on Facebook and for instagram in the future. But for now I just want to start running ads and testing products for my site. Thank you

Great video! I am having trouble creating ads after this step. When I make a campaign and try to select the pixel that I just created, it isn't showing up and is just showing a old pixel that is inactive. Any recommendations how how to fix this? Thanks!

Hi there! I was wondering if you faced this issue... but I followed the steps on connecting Meta to Shopify, and while it says I have a purchase on ads manager almost 4 days ago, it doesn't show up on Shopify. How do I fix this?

Quick Question: Why can't I see the pixel in my shopify settings when I head over to "customer events". This Page says there is no installed pixel although Ive already tested it succesfull in the events manager...

This depends. The Meta Pixel is most commen.

I did all the steps and purchased item from my website to test but it didn’t show any activity. Does it take for awhile to show? Hope the pixel is firing
Make sure you don't have an add blocker on. Did you try from another browser too?
I'm confused about what I did wrong. My shopify recognizes my business page pixel, but when I try to run ads, it only sees my personal page, which is the admins pixel, and for that, I can't track anything. Any suggestions on what to do pls?

Yes you can remove the integration and create a new account.

Welcome! You can remove it from your browser or turn it off.
So when I press "connect account" to connect Facebook account in shopify, it automatically connects to an old Facebook account, which I cannot change! We moved everything over to a personal account, since we managed to create a new Facebook account to setup everything on by mistake in the beginning - which is not recommended - as you also say.
How can I remove the old Facebook account so I can connect the pixel to the new one? I'm really stuck at this step...
Hey, you should be able to switch. Have you seen our Meta Business Account tutorial, you might need to manage your assets better inside of this.
how do i connect to an agency account tho? Need a manual set up

There could be many reasons for this. Try sign out all all platforms and try the process from the start again.

Any plan allows you to set up the Pixel.

I used my main facebook account and has been established for at least 5 years but it says "Business is not allowed to create Pixel. Your business is prohibited from advertising"

Yes, correct! It's tracking data from meta properties.
TH-cam is owned by Google and tracked through their software

It literally does not work. Its the wrong way to upload your meta pixel to shopify. Don't listen to these bot comments and save your time :)

Hello, I appreciate this, I have a question I made a Facebook shop and business page and have made pervious ones and I believe I may have messed up after creating a new shop on Facebook after going through the process, everything is set up on Facebook and it’s live but in Shopify the pixels is greyed out and it says “ This pixel can’t be updated because we don’t allow removal of the last admin of pixel” when I made my new shop, do you believe I made a mistake on the set up?
