Hey, thanks for the video, but it couldnt resolve my issuew, in the ecommerce manager both sale channels insta and FB are hidden and the button is not active to change, to enable those stores, while the catalogue is synced and everything else is done, any hint on how to enable them?

hello I been trying and it doest let me go forward because I apparently need to give admin permission to shopify, I already connected both my facebook and instagram business acccounts but the admin permission part its what i cant seem to go past through, you have any idea of what it could be?

I have a Shopify Instagram Shop set Up already but I want to make a 2nd Instagram Shop, connected to the same Shopify. I added the 2nd Instagram as a Sales Channel in Shopify and I see the Shop in the Professional Dashboard under "Manage My Shop" but its not on the Instagram Page. What do I need to do to get it live on the Page?

Could you please help? on the business assets part it says that these assets are connected already, I've gone to facebook and removed my etsy and even removed my instagram as a help article stated but it is still displaying the same error message.

it's saying i need to verify my shop. then when i press the button to verify, it does nothing. this is not a step that you covered in your video. what is this step? it's in review, what else do i need to verify?

No, you can only verify with one.
But like this all my product I post on Shopify will automatically sync on both fb and ig? If not how should I do it?
Yes correct if your products are approved.
Is it possible to connect to the pixel but to not sync products to FB/IG?
Yes you can. You do not need to set up your shop across platforms.

Stuart do you have a tutorial on how to disconnect Facebook and instagram from shopify?
We do not. However, if you jump into the Facebook App setting you can do it from here.
when I try to set up instagram it says its onboarded to a different commerce manager. But in the business manager it clearly is linked to the same one as my facebook. Any help or tips on to why it wont setup via shopify to enable shopping?

Head back into Facebook and make sure that all your assets are under that managers account.
@@StewartGauld I did, and its connected to correct facebook page and the correct commerce/business manager. The only thing I can think of is its stuck in review mode which I have no way of knowing since on shopify it still says set up now. and on the commerce manager it says to set up now. I do recall going through instagram when i was setting it up by logging into the whole meta business manager site. so thats the only thing I can think that might trigger this whole issue (as in not showing up and also saying onboarded to a different commerce manager)
omg same Problem! It is stuck in review in Instagram (I cannot tag my products therefore) and when I want to connect insta from facebook it says that it is already connected to a Commerce Manager. Please let me know if any of you have a solution, I cannot find ANYTHING and would be really greatful
@StewardGauld If I have a shopify dropshipping store, will all orders from instagram be integrated through shopify and can still be fulfilled by my dropshopping source?

Hi, thanks for the video. Facebook says active, Instagram says connect account but underneath says run ads on facebook and instagram active. When I click on customize shop and the create ad, it says sorry, this content isn’t available right now.

@@StewartGauld I added Facebook and Instagram was automatically added I think. I am going to recheck tomorrow to see if all my products synced. I had some other things I needed to step away and take care of. Hopefully I resolved it.
I was having trouble for the last few weeks as my Facebook was hacked and in short had to create a new account and do it all over. The other Facebook page is still live but I do not have control over it. Thanks for reaching back really appreciate it 🙏
I don't see the option within FB Business anymore, to create a pixel. It directs me to Datasets. How do I move forward from there?
You should do! Are you inside your ads manager?

It's so weird now though, I used to know how to do this like 3 years ago but starting a new store now, and having to do it again, everything is so different 😅 can't find my way around. I think I figured out the pixel part but now I the events testing is failing all the time. Man... This tough
How do i send product from Shopify to meta business suite so i can make a post for Facebook and Instagram?
You will have to setup the shop and then you will be able to tag and create product posts.
How long does it take them to “verify” your account? Mine has been stuck for 2 weeks 🙄

That can happen if you are not eligible. Do you view the reasons why?
when i was on business assets, the only thing that popped up me was my facebook page and not my instagram page, any help?

Make sure that all your assets you are trying to connect are under one business account.

Have you looked into why? You may not meet there terms of service.

Why do I want to connect my personal Facebook page to this? Why don’t I simply set up a business page?
You want to connect your business page, in order to do this you will need to connect your personal account.
It won’t let you connect a business page from Facebook I have no clue why. I’m dealing with this now and also on instagram when you try to add a professional account it links to your personal account and makes it public if you had your personal page private
I'm experiencing that issue now. I'll rather not link to fb or ig if I have to make my personal accounts unprivate
