Fun neighborhood. Looks like a HOA kinda vibe. Slow down with your talking a little bit, rushed voice... panning around yard with camera...slow down.. Makes me dizzy. Try a new intro on setting up yard, commentary. Ex. Today's yard will be on our regular route routine. This yard will have several zones of work, from the lawn to brush trimming to edging. WE, each will set out to tackle various zones. Etc...

Why would you criticize the home owner for not taking care of the yard? There are lots of reasons that could be an issue. If everyone took care of their own yard, you'd be out of a job.
@@jessieyork4508 I wasn’t criticizing them at all, it was a personal opinion. This Particular yard actually comes from one of our management company’s that we do work for and they specifically send us yards that get or are about to get fined by the HOA “for not taking care of their yard”.
@@lilliandixon3600 I am very “open” and have a humorous personality if people don’t like it then I can’t do anything about that no one is perfect, most of the stuff I say in the videos are a “joke”
