You always do such an amazing job bringing these neglected lawns back to life I guess the neighbors couldn't believe it was actually getting cut and cleaned up. God bless 🙌👍
I've cut my neighbors' grass when they didn't have a mower. All we asked of them was to buy the gas it would take to cut theirs and mine. We even would do the weed eating for them. You would have thought I was asking for $50 for a cut instead of a 5-gallon jug of gas that would last 2 weeks at a time for both yards. Other neighbors we helped out didn't complain at all, they would offer more but we told them to just pay for gas. There was one lady who would cook meals and make goodies for us on top of having a jug of gas for us. We soon stopped helping out the one neighbor who instead of being thankful, would grumble. Sometimes the good neighbors have to end up acting like AH and stop the dependency and entitlement of those who won't help their own selves and expect others to do for them.

Very good job! The homeowner must be so happy for a beautiful front lawn they have now. I bet their property goes up just by keeping their lawn nice and clean. I hope you got paid by doing it.
Can't tell that it's the same house/property!!! Mr. Rake (and you) did an amazing job!
Thanks!! The most valuable player!
The last five minutes is what most youtubers do! Awesome job. You have saved the neighbours (and the owners) from a real eyesore
The lawn and sidewalks are much safer thanks to you and Mr. Rake. 😊
This is the only video that I have watched that the landscaper takes all the debris away even the grass clippings. Great job.
JIC you might enjoy watching Midlife Stockman. I don’t know if you watch him or not. He does similar work in the Detroit, MI area.
There’s more
Great job Mr Rake ❤
Great job Brian! And here’s an applause for Mr. Rake!👏👏👏👏👏👏
So, I can understand the owner having issues with the mower. A shovel and a rake work in all weather conditions. No excuse for allowing the sidewalks to be overgrown or the yard filled with trash and dead branches etc. good job Mr Brian 👍
I got hit in the head on car accident 3 years ago. I'm now in social security and a limited budget. I can't afford to pay someone to come help. I'm stuck. I can't use a right or a shovel. My back will just go into complete spasms. I cried just sitting on the toilet to try to pee yesterday. I have an appointment with ANOTHER spinal specialist on monday. You can say it's easy to use a shovel in a rake but that's not always true. It takes back strength to do that. Stop judging people. Especially when you don't know the circumstances.
@@TakeTheRide May God Bless You.
Or even just ask the neighbors friendly if they can do that
@@TakeTheRidehope you are doing good ❤
@@Laurasophiesmith I've mentioned it to the neighbors that I'm going under and it would be nice if somebody would offer to help but they didn't. They can go to church on Sunday but they can't help a neighborhood in need. I've offered the babysit, take care of their animals if they want to go out of town, would do anything for free for the help. No offers. I said you can call my mom. I have passed federal background checks, I have a cwp license, I'm updated on my CPR in first aid certifications, I've been a scuba diver for 38 years, I'm a real good photographer, I just can't handle a shovel or doing physical manual labor with my back right now. It's sad. It's depressing. I haven't given up but I'm not getting any help.
I don’t understand why people don’t move their vehicles when they see someone cleaning up a yard.
Me either, to me it’s out of respect.
I don't either. Don't they see that these clean ups benefit them in many ways.😮
I was thinking the same thing😮
@@chiquitacraft3645 Cut them some slack. They're probably embarrassed to even go back out there. Some probably feel very ashamed even though circumstances prevent them from caring for their yard. You never know what people are going through.
@chiquitacraft3645
1. maybe they are sick and in bed?
2. not home (left with someone else)
3. car broken down - doesn't run - waiting for tow truck
4. their garage is full of junk, and the driveway already has cars parked on it so no room to park
5. they are online playing solitaire
6. they are just one of those kind of people who aren't aware and observant of things
7. they have no other place to park their car (see #3)
8. they are busy taking care of their children/elderly relative/sick spouse
9. they broke their leg/foot and cannot easily walk outside to move the car
10. all of the above
Thank you Mr. Rake for the outstanding job you did today and for helping Brian on this incredible transformation! You and Brian "ROCK"!!! Well done!!😘
He did a excellent job on that lawn I hope the man keeps it up
You are an AWESOME person. You and Mr Rake have done a AMAZING JOB. GOD BLESS YOU.......
Now, I alike that Neighbor who said that’s the BEST! He has seen it looked and he has been there for 4 or 5 years. 🎉🎉🎉🎉
Cause I was saying to myself Ain’t NO WAY he has been cutting that grass at all. EXCUSES, EXCUSES & Lies 🙄🙄
GREAT JOB BRIAN 💃🏿💃🏿💃🏿💃🏿💃🏿💃🏿💃🏿🔥💯
The owner of this home is a disgrace. He looks like a very strong, healthy man. He didn't deserve to have this done. Not at all. The job is beautiful but there's something mentally wrong with the owner that's for sure
You never know. Maybe he has a heart or lung condition and can't do the yard work.
That’s been like that for years
Shame neibours nowadays don't help each other. I could do with a little help from mine as I'm disabled , neibours remark about gardens of others that are over grown unmanageable but won't give a hand, used to be alot different when I was growing up neibours were a god send, today you have moaning minis. 😔
Thanks so much Mister Rake for doing your job without complaints! 😂😂😂
Lol 😆 Definitely!!
Mr rake would not be anything without you Brian. Another fine job you have done with this yard. I cannot wait to see what you do in the back. Don't over do it in the heat. I think you spoke with every neighbor on the block.
I so appreciate your dedication, but I wonder if the homeowner would not have been better served by lending you a hand?
It’s a joy to watch you work, thank you for for giving your time to help others, you make the world a better place, may you be blessed, live long and prosper,
Mr.Rake thank you for helping Brian do a wonderful job
You always do such an amazing job bringing these neglected lawns back to life I guess the neighbors couldn't believe it was actually getting cut and cleaned up. God bless 🙌👍
What a difference you have made to this property. Now it looks cared for. ❤
Would like to see it in a year. More than likely, the owner let it go again... .😮
It so disappointing that not one neighbor would offer to help this person
@@jeanbruce2676 Why ask the people to buy gas for your lawn too? I can see you asking for them to buy gas for their portion of the lawn cutting but not for yours too.
@@lashawnnelson9257 because my husband and I provided the labor and mower to cut their gas. The other neighbors had no problem doing that as the gas I had asked for cut 4 yards. Which would you rather pay...$50 twice a month or $5 bucks for gas? They got a pro service for next to nothing...hubby and I both did landscaping as work. They wanted something done for nothing...the real world don't work that way
My thoughts about them also 😮
@@jeanbruce2676no worries, you can't please everyone.
What an amazing job you did transforming this almost-covered yard. Thank you for your free services to these homeowners. I'm sure they appreciate what you've done for them and the community. God bless you. ⭐️🙌🏽⭐️👍🏽⭐️💙⭐️💯⭐️.
Thank You Mr. Rake you are helping make Kansas look so much better and Helping Brian in his tasks.
Why do I enjoy watching you work. I must be slightly off. But thank you for your kind service
Well I appreciate your offness!! 😆😆 Hope you’re having a great day!
Wow, Brian! You make beauty out of chaos. God bless you as you continue your ministry.
Thanks so much Pam ☺️👋 Blessings to you
That was simply amazing Brian. A big shout out to Mr Rake as well. Bless you Brian, for shaping this phenomenal transformation. Take care and hope you recover. You’ve brought a lot of pleasure to people, including I’m sure, your client 👍👍👍
Mr Rake! Your rake is doing a wonderful job on this overgrown yard! So is the very nice man using it .
You’re awesome! What great, kind, giving people you are.👏🏼🙏🏼🥳
It's Thursday once again!!! Got through T.S. Debby without any damage here in Central Florida only lots of rain but the Atlantic Ocean is getting busy and we are only in August.
What a nightmare to take on Brian.!! God Bless You for another challenging lawn restoration
I think you love a good challenge.
How wonderful you have a crowd forming across the street of nosey neighbors. Soon they'll be selling drinks and making videos with their cameras. You are such a good man for doing this and you help so many people. Kudos to Mr. Rake!!!!Who doesn't love a GOOD RAKE !!!
They “ judge” but don’t help,😢😢😢😢 I was brought up to help thy neighbor .
Mr. Take you are invaluable! Thanks for sponsoring Brian.
Definitely!! Thanks Penny 👋😊☺️
Man, I'm addicted to these videos like crack. 🤣 Amazing job as always Sir Brian! Thank you for making this video. 😃👍
Mr Rake , i don't know if he'd ever get it done without you. Nice job on the front yard.
My mouth dropped open when I saw the Before & After.!!!
What a bloody brilliant job!!
Doesn't even look like it's the same house!!
I bet you've made quite a few neighbors happy. If he doesn't maintain the lawn then maybe they should get a team going so it doesn't get out of hand again. Maybe you can convinced a lazy side to help. Maybe you can convince the lazy sod to help. Lol
🙂🇨🇦✌️
This property owner is a real piece of work. Making someone else responsible for something he should be doing himself or paying others to do for him.
You don't know anything about the owner to make a comment like that. You have no idea what the circumstances are.
You have no business judging someone you don't know. You have no idea what his circumstances are.
@@leecarey4375 I would have turned this property into the city. Maintaining the lawn to at least stay in code is not asking too much. The neighbors all seem to have their properties looking nice and well kept. People like this homeowner are bad for property values. Overgrowth not only looks bad it also brings an increase in bugs, snakes and rodents. So, I agree the owner in a real piece of work!
If there wasn't home owners like him we wouldn't have these videos to watch and brian would have to find a different job. Let's not judge ❤
@@leecarey4375 you are absolutely correct
Sue Wolfe- You win the gold medal here, Brian! Great job! It doesn't look haunted any longer. 👌💪👍👏😎♥️
Hey Sue 👋👋😊 Definitely brought it back to the neighborhood!! Hope you’re having a great week
I have watched a whole lot of videos on lawn and tree cleanup and YOU WIN the Prize for sure on this cleanup. WOW I imagine you will be tired for sure at the end of this day. The sidewalks and the driveway were a nightmare and took a whole lot of muscle, sweat and energy. God Bless you for doing this job and the neighbors love your work.
Such a dramatic change! So much hard work and persistence at hand... Really enjoyed this and look forward to seeing the (da da dum) BACKYARD! You are brave to do this- I kept waiting for creepy-crawlies to come out of the grass or dirt or trees. Maybe they were there but not visible on camera? Great job and such a blessing to the owner.
I love watching your videos.. im 81 and a retired grandmother
God Bless you helping this yard sad it isn’t being kept up Hope and Pray 🙏 they will keep it up
A great big shout out for Mr. Rake !😂
Brian you are such a hard worker. It looks so different now. I like the way you make Mr. Rake work, when he pulls away you push him back and make him work harder than ever before. LOL Hope you have a good weekend. Thanks for sharing. :)
😆 lol Definitely! Hope you have a great weekend as well Mary
There are just some yards too far gone to tackle. I think that was one of them. Kudos for the work you did plus cutting the tree too, that was above and beyond the "call of duty". It looks beautiful.
Thanks man this was definitely a tough one!! Hope you’re having a great one

That clean-up is quite astonishing. Well done Mr Rake and Top Notch Lawn Care you have both worked hard. It would be wonderful if the neighbours would take it in turns to just keep it nice again!!
That was some firewood I would've loved to have for this winter. What a major, major difference you made in this lawn and home. Truly an act of compassion on the owner and neighbors. Hope he can manage to keep it up now.
You could probably have contacted a service organization in your area that would have picked up the firewood.
You mean he lives there?
Beautiful transformation Brian, along with Mr. Rake's assistance. Now waiting to see the back yard done!! Get some rest you will need it!! 😊
Well done Mr Rake your work with your assistant is outstanding you are also entertaining all the neighbours 😄
