Jamie & Jools, we loved you did this Keep calm, cooking series during the worldwide covid lockdown. Never found the book/dvd set....but feel like we need it again in the Recession we are entering. We watched this show on Channel 10 Australia. Can you bring it back on tv or preferably release a book & dvd so we can have it handy for the hideousness of recession etc coming down the line. We love you for making this series, really special. I'm itching to make that eggless cake...obviously I'm trying salmon for first time here. It's so fun watching the kids learning to cook too. Will never forget seeing Comfort Food series on the farm on plane tv from Sydney...tried not to dribble...bought the book, sits on bookshelf handy with Vege books....not vege, its handy though if I did. International treasure along with Gennaro & Antonio series. Inspired me to look at Italy. Lovely people.

I made this tonight. I had really stale rye bread, which made the bread crumbs delicious. Final product was impeccable.
This is delicious, I have cooked the recipe twice with salmon and once with a chicken breast. And it is the first time I have eaten the skin of the salmon, so thank you for that Jamie.
