Every artist has their own style and concept of art. However, if I want my Birkin bag to be painted, I will let Heart Evangelista to paint on it. Her style is classy and it suits the bag, especially it's a classy, expensive bag. Your art is good but you can find other "canvass" that suits for your artwork.

The Birkin Bag was actually developed when Jean-Louis Dumas (chief executive of Hermès at the time) happened to witness Jane Birkin's stuff fall out of her straw bag while on a plane. Birkin and Dumas bounced ideas off each other regarding the specifications of a better travel bag, and the rest is history.
I was just about to say.. there was a woman that helped Hermès design that bag while on a flight....its intention was to be more “functional”... he literally just made that story up
The CEO of Hermes at the time ran into Jane Birkin on a flight and she complained about her current bag not being practical so he edited the HAC bag that they already had in their archives into what is now the Birkin. Comes in sizes 25,30,35,40 and 50. Cheapest one is only about $8500 in France. Hand stitched by one person. Second hand market is incredible because you can’t go into the store and just buy one. They’re not available all the time and for everyone. Most sight after size at the moment is the 25. i’m not gonna try and hate on him, like everyone else has, but your story is a bit off. it’s okay that you don’t all the exact info on a birkin, but if you are going to be customizing these bags, i would suggest you learn the right facts. the bag was named after jane birkin, bc she helped design it. the original bags were not called the birkin, and were actually large travel bags. it’s almost impossible to buy a bag straight from hermès. the only way you are going to buy one straight from the store, is if they offer it to you. even when they offer you a bag, it’s probably not going to be the exact leather, color, hardware, size, etc that you wanted. there are different theories on how to get one offered to you, but the most popular theories are: 1) buying thousands and thousands of dollars in hermès products, or 2) having a great sale associate contact. overall i love your work. many people believe that your style doesn’t belong on birkin, because of their high value and class, but i believe that your work really juxtaposes the bag. they are two worlds of art that i love: high class fashion, and graffiti. keep up with your work, but please learn a bit more about the bags, and brands that you are painting on. there is a lot of history that you may not know.

Paint job was sloppy. I was an art student, no such thing as getting too tired to complete art----you get in the zone and complete the artwork. If I owned these birkins I would be disappointed. But then again, I guess I would just paint it myself.

they're authentic, fake bags don't have leather that supple (unless you're buying a $2K fake). He's also pretty well known for painting birkins
