- One thing that always gets my heart racing is painting my client’s handbags, but to tell you the truth, I absolutely love the thrill of it! ❤️ For a few years now, apart from painting on canvases, I moved on to painting on handbags as well! A little back story, I actually started to paint on bags when I accidentally stained my own with fries oil and I painted on it to cover it up. It turned out so well and I was pretty proud of my work so now this this is something I enjoy doing for myself and for some special clients who would love to have my work on their bags. It is God who created us and it isn’t a choice for everyone what kind of life they have on earth. Rich people like her tend to live like an average person as their to help and make those unfortunate to understand better what life is and encourage them to work hard to at least make their lives even better. Rich are already giving in that way, the poor should work hard and the middle class should come in between to unite us together.

I wish she would paint darker girls. This is only the second painting of hers I’ve seen but they’re always fair. And while I know this is her vision or whatever, I’m sure as a Filipina she’s seen deeper skin toned girls. We call them morenas. Before you say I’m criticizing her work please read what I said again. Her art is beautiful, but she can expand on that beauty.

I met her last year on one of her events with Royal Gem, and I must say, she was so elegant despite the crowd around her. Luckily, I got the opportunity to take a picture with her. Me and my cousin was about to take a photo with her when suddenly another person decided to go ahead of us. I saw the puzzled expression on her face but she carried the situation elegantly. After taking a photo with the person ahead of us, I was shocked to see her offering to hold my phone and take selfie with us. I saw the genuine excitement when she saw us. That small gesture indeed made my day. It’s really a pleasure to meet someone like her.

Yo Berova OP isn’t saying that there’s something wrong with painting only one skin color, but painting different skin tones, shapes, etc develops artistic flexibility and prevents “same face syndrome” which a lot of artists suffers from because they limit their work purely by their own aesthetic. It would be a shame if Heart sabotages her development just cause of that.

To those saying “It isn’t the best painting in the world” and “Her paintings are redundant” if you have a true eye for art then you know that it isn’t all about precision, accuracy or making something seem so lifelike. What truly makes an artwork standout is character and it’s ability to convey, express and represent something and make the audience feel something. You’ll better understand what I mean if you look up Wassily Kandinksy's "Studie zu Improvisation 3" this simple yet mesmerizing artwork sold for $21.2 Million. Personally, I think Ms. Heart’s artworks have character and mystery. The eyes in the painting in this bag are so mesmerizing like they’re trying to jump out of the bag and say something. We all have our own taste and preference but please appreciate the art and if what you’re about to say isn’t an educated opinion or constructive then please keep your negativity and criticisms to yourself. No, it is not. People have individual taste. However, people who get their Hermès bags painted would not care about an investment on bags anyway.

You know you are rich if you can afford to buy Hermes bag. To some people it is an investment. But for someone’s Hermes to be painted on... it is no longer for investment. They are one level above that. They are rich, famous and living a certain lifestyle... elegant, soohisticated, appreciation for art, fashion etc....
somi-somi not necessarily, love marie has established her reputation already in fashion and art industry, her artworks in her gallery hold value too so combining two expensive investment, the bag and her art puts it with more value; another reputable designer carolina herrera also makes love marie draw on her bags and they put it in a gallery so that just shows what she does painting on bags doesnt devalue the purse.

She said that it was an Hermes Kelly Bag with Togo Leather so if I’m correct it’s $9,900 and in our currency (as of today 07/24/20) it costs 488,713.50 php. I was kinda confused at first cause I thought this was an Hermes Kelly Bag in Epsom when I saw the thumbnail and that bag costs around $10,400 and that is 513,396 php.

@@lloydlucero7320 i think your seeing her own personality in all her works that's why you said it is 'redundant' (maybe for lack of better term?). Usually artists have a single style in creating their arts (brushstrokes, color palettes, art subjects, theme, etc) which makes their works easily distinguished from other artists. So in this case, you are seeing Heart Evangelista in all of her paintings. And I think that is a good sign :)
