I really really REALLY wish I was around back in the 20's-40's era of barbering. Today you get men coming in with hipster glasses and Starbucks, back then it was such a different deal, men walking in with three piece suits and slick hair. I was born at a different time. On a side note to this though... not sure about the hair but her tattoos has me fixated haha!

I must respectfully disagree.
If many women can get their 'hair done' at a salon by a man - then what is wrong with a woman who's qualified, and skilled in the trade of men's grooming?
Now.....I will say.....If you expect a certain amount of banter pertaining to the opposite sex - then I agree it might be better to seek out a male barber, but then again - some women are pretty damn funny, and straight forward about their feminine insecurities.
